For me, I think it's because of tracking the dramas I watch so I feel like I want to watch as many dramas as possible just so I could add another drama to my watchlist and if I drop a drama I feel like I wasted my time and all I feel is pain then.

I hate misunderstandings too. I don't like wishy washy characters but I also just don't like a drama where you feel the same way from beginning to end or a drama that doesn't make my heart flutter.
