Man, the ending had such a great message that is worth quoting "As long as you have that one person who will look for happiness with you, your life will be worth living" This may have not been my favourite k-drama, but it has a great meaning. Surprisingly this k-drama was not as boring as a lot of streched out k-dramas are.

Everytime I watched this, I had a question "Why don't they recognize his voice?". For example in this one scene, Daeyoung called Shiwoo as his father and less than a minute later, he walks up to him and goes to talk to Shiwoo as Wooyoung. And I thought "oh maybe it's because when they call him, he changes to 37 year-old Daeyoung", but if he can change for a phonecall why doesn't he just change back, just like he wants to? Is that a plothole or did I miss something?

I guess they left it on an open ending. Either they left it for the viewers to create theories or they're hinting at a season 2

Yeojun's "friends" came into the convenience store to make fun of soohyun and three guys dressed up in white tracksuits with blue stripes came in and stopped them. Who are they??? Did I miss something in the episode? I kept watching further and they didn't seem to address who they were

No idea if they improved the subtitles but last time I watched the subtitles made no sense as if they were translated by google trandlate and Jongseob was translated to "wheat"

hair represents belonging to the family, thats why even joseon men wore long hair. thats why little eugene cutting his hair in america once he decicded to asimilate is /so dramatic/.

By this act, Dong Mae was desperately trying to separate her from her family cause he promised her grandfather to protect her. cutting her hair = cutting her off from her family. it is also a way of dishonoring her. iirc there is a more in depth explanation of this in the episode thread on this sub
