Me trying to decide if I should watch the most recent ep or wait until the next ep is airedâŚ. đđ. Waiting for an airing BL series this good is the next level of torture.

I started watching City of Stars but got impatient waiting for next episodes, definitely will pick it back up after the series is all released! Honestly might pick it back up before then though.
So, I was not expecting the threesomeâŚâŚ wasnât mad, but there was nothing said after that? also that back tattoo was NOT giving. I found myself multiple times just thrown off by it, Hia Winâs back tattoo in Between Us was (imo) wayyyyy better. Overall liked the series, but the plot was a little all over the place and there wasnât any closure on some things. Loved that we could see a little bit of Sammy!

What people are saying that this drama is âToo slow?â The whole series hasnât even been released yet and we only have 4 eps! How is the progression âtoo slowâ? In these types of dramas the characters have to realize that they actually have feelings for each other (at least Wei Qian does) realizing you have feelings for your âadapted brotherâ is really difficult and we already have good chemistry between the leads⌠some people just donât understand good quality BL i guessâŚ.

I really liked this drama, although it was dark at times it was well executed and had fluffy light moments (the romance scenes) that balanced it out well. Although the ML thinking that the FL was the sister at first was a bit strange and cliche, it really was out of the MLâs hope that his sister was in fact still alive. (Sadly we know that is not the case đ˘)

That was me too, I watched the first few eps but then dropped it. The cast was good, but for me the storyline wasnât really giving. I eventually (after like a month) came back to watch the ending but even then kinda wished I hadnât. Loved the concept but (imo) its wasnât executed as well as it could have been.

Um so we are just going to ignore the fact that at the end of each ep I was bawling like a baby. Great drama but emotionally exhausting to watch because I promise you, you are going to cry at least once while watching.
