The whole insta plot is so weird and unneccessary. And a stalker? Idk it's so out of place for me. Episodes 1-4…
Right? Even though i wasn't fan of first 4 epi too but ep 5-6 just seems so disconnected. Myung ha main aim is to make yeo woo happy so the whole plot should focus on that they could have focused on little things like yeo woo making new friends getting a family through myung ha grandma and myung ha too resolving his own issues during this process & much more but suddenly getting a certain amount of money or this insta plot or system error so myung ha has to choose between his grand ma and yeo woo is so unnecessary.
The premise was good the beginning was interesting but as the story is progressing i feel scenes are all over the place. Random stuff keeps happening the progrssion of their love story the confession the kiss nothing seems natural. For example when yeo woo confessed his feelings myung ha was simply asking who slapped him his reply i like you felt so random? Even the kiss at first he says i will leave and next second he kisses myung ha & i was like what is happening? It did have alot of potential but it missed the mark for me.
i agree!! at first when i found out they did everything for just not wanting to wear the school uniform i was…
Was watching Not Me the series and i felt writers wanted to make a drama like that. Atleast Not Me justifies the reason of their protest, their action makes sense. In eclipse the writers tried same but failed miserably. And you are right its the chemistry that made me finish the show too. It had potential only if writers worked a little bit more on script.
I can't find the comment but before starting this drama i read a comment that they couldn't really understand…
Oh and the way they ruined Thua's character for me with him exposing akk ayan's rship wo their permission and then not even apologising. I don't understand why writers thought it was a good idea. I couldn't even enjoy his scene after that. All his sweetness seemed fake to me.
I can't find the comment but before starting this drama i read a comment that they couldn't really understand what the protest was exactly for & i can't agree more. The main leads acting their chemistry their romance was great i even liked the whole set up but the writers should have been more clear with the rules protesters were so against with. Having to wear school uniform or not allowing mobile phone in school hours isn't it a normal thing? Instead writer's could have used their brain and focused more on the discrimination between toppers and mediocre students, the pressure school puts on them for result, discrimination with homosexual students and so much more. Though i liked the part where they showed how Akk was pressurized to perform better as prefect it made it feel like the stake was high towards the end.
Eclipse can be watched if you are watching it for romance and get yourself use to with the ridiculous reasons of protests specially in beginning.
There are bigger considerations in addition to filming and post prod. We're now past the 2 yr 'purgatory' period…
Just to be clear the rumor was fake it was internal problem of production house bcoz of which seonho dropped that show. Even a month ago ahn bo hyun was offered the same show but fl has not yet been announced. The industry itself is suffering alot post covid and haven't yet recovered so now a days its the trend to not announce anything until everything like streaming platform & date is confirmed or even shooting is over.
What i mean was like from kang liking Pimfah to rejecting sailom to suddenly kissing him they could have stretched the angst till another epi similarly sailom realizing his feeling could have been shown better but they rushed everything that it didnt leave any impact, atleast for me. Instead of showing so many flashback they could have shown the progress of their rship.
Frankly whatever summary of the whole novel i have read Dangerous Romance litreally had alot of potential. The enemies to lovers trope, the developing friendship, kanghan's confusion & feelings everything makes sense there but apparently the drama execution sucks. It feels random rushed and sudden. They could have taken it slowly and shown the growing feelings of the leads not rushed everything in single epi.
I binged watched the first 3 epi & Maybe bcoz i have seen such plot before in other dramas where one single incident changes the dynamics of main characters i understand if sailom and kang forget about their past and starts afresh. For sailom it was a huge deal how kang instead of running away stood by his side despite being his "enemy" while realizing sailom situation and how the boy who never gave up despite of all the problem kang created for him but that night he saw him scared and crying kang realized how serious sailom situation is. Ofcourse kang was a bully but we can also see from beginning deep down he was just a normal boy wanting his father's approval so them mending their relation didn't seem rushed to me.
But what definitely felt sudden was how they quickly became SOO close that kang shared his personal feeling about his father and their relation with sailom or sailom kind of liking him i mean i understand their friendship but the feelings of his definetly is rushed. That "do it for me" didnt leave any impact on me bcoz i dont think kang and sailom are that close to have any deep relation for now. And then the childhood trope? That wasnt at all needed. Hoping the upcoming epi are more consistent and better.
She was killed by nobleman as she wanted to kill marco while nobleman wanted to save him.
What I understood was she hired nobleman to find a kid for the case but being a kopino nobleman wanted to be of some help to the kid so he double crossed her. He chose marco killed yun ju got money from han and used it for himself and saving marco's mother.
Rude? He's abusive and taking revenge, that's kind of the whole idea behind the plot, no?Personally I hope they…
But is'nt life all about second chance... And i think it's okay if our male lead is flawed the problem will be if he dose'nt accept and apologise for his mistake and still the romance is shown.... What i have understood from the trailor is there is a love triangle (maybe in subtle way?) But idk just hoping the drama turns out in a way that it satisfises all the viewers.
I see few people calling the male lead and the series toxic and that they wish there is no romance between the leads.... Well though i understand their point that phukao is wrong by acting rude towards the female lead we also need to understand where he is coming from.
His brother was murdered by kongkwan's sister, his father left him and his mother after the incident his whole family was ruined and then he sees kongkwan with her family no matter how much she is suffering and that she has done no wrong to him it's difficult for phukao to think straight. All the anger frustration he has inside by watching how his brother's murderer is atleast alive and her family is together when he has done nothing and has lost all of them makes him want to seek revenge. I am not saying what he is doing is right & we can see through trailor how his friends keep reminding him of that but the idea of the drama is to focus around how a murder effects both the culprit and victim's family. It will be phukao's journey from giving up infront of his inner conflict to eventually forgiving and finding inner peace. And we shouldn't forget that phukao is young maybe 20-22 in series how can you expect maturity from him?
And as long is romance is concerned i think the problem should be if phukao dose'nt learn from his mistake and apologises from kongkwan by the end of the series for now let's stay positive and try to watch a different kind of story.
