No i am not joking , she is known actress but not insanely popular in china. You can judge popularity by weibo followers, endorsements, cfs, magazines covers , quality of dramas , fans buying power etc. She is just starting to get S class dramas with popular male leads. That’s why i am hoping with the legend of rosy clouds and the fox series she will gain many more fans and popularity cause she is very talented and deserves much more

Yes the government banned more than 40 episodes drama and dramas more than 60 minutes, if you want a drama to have a 2nd season you need to wait for a year between the seasons. Well MJTY is/was supposed to be 2 season drama from the beginning but with the controversies doubt we will see a 2nd season. Don’t know if this one is planned to 2 seasons as well

I am almost 100 % sure we will have an open ending cause 26 episodes with 45 minutes duration won’t be enough for an actual ending. MJTY was one hour long and still couldn’t have an ending . Since one hour episodes are banned ,with 45 minutes it’s impossible to end it completely

My only plea for this drama is to be a complete drama when it airs not like MJTY . Filming second seasons with the same casts are almost impossible so i’d be a complete drama from the beginning. But seeing it might be 26 episodes i have a bad feeling about it already

Yang Chaoyue is no better than cheng xiao and chen duling at acting , let’s no kid ourself. She pretty much sucks at acting that’s why she got so much hate during love you seven times. I think CDL is playing the same roles , it looks like this role will be a damsel again . The ML will hard carry the drama though in the acting department. Let’s hope guo jingming give some good acting lessons to the girls behind the scenes.
