Cheng yi is an amazing actor and i know he will nail the role he is given. After watching immortal samsara and seeing him as the bad asura lord obsessed with his lover i am 100% sure he will nail Mu sheng . People complaining about the age, did they actually think they will higher teenagers to act in thus drama. There are so many historical drama where the leads are playing 15-16 years old while they are in their mid-late twenties . It’s not like he is 50 years old, he is in early 30s , there is ni problem to play a young character. He has a baby face and doesn’t look his age, same as Esther playing Miao Miao while she is older that her character. If you look at the manhua visually they match the characters. For me most important think is acting in which Cheng Yi exceeds . Plus the production company is the one behind LBFD so i am sure it will be an amazing adaption and it will be a hit when it airs
