It looks like they are promoting more the dance that the drama haha. Joke aside they’d better give us good drama promotion when it airs. With photoshoots of cast, couple magazines, variety guesting etc. if they are smart they can gather all of the cast and make their own variety to promote the drama.

Because she got tons of hate for bad acting in her previous dramas that she hasn’t filmed a drama for 3 years and now is slowly coming back with amazing improvement. She is the second FL in fangs of fortune though so it’s still a lead role. She did a cameo appearance on follow your heart and was praised by non fans for her improvement so it’s a very good start for her. All of her cameos are in very big productions- Shadow Love is an S+ class drama from a very famous production house so if she does well they might invite her in another production of theirs. Birth will be a TV drama with a very stellar and veteran line of actors and actresses from which she can learn so much, plus it will air on TV which means more people will get to know her . Most likely that drama will gear up for many acting awards so she can attend many events and get many opportunities with it. She did a movie as well and even if it’s a small role if the movies is a success it will be part of her resume and production companies and directors will look different at her. Plus if fangs of fortune which is expected to be a big hit really becomes one , her character is very badass so she will get many good opportunities. The previous director drama the second leads exploded in popularity after that drama -my journey to you and now are leads in so many high class dramas.

No one knows. Sword rose was filmed last year and still no news of it. Lottl is still filming so there is no chance to see it this year and lobtg didn’t even started filming. We might not see her in a drama this year if Sword Rose doesn’t air.
I think( MAYBE ) she is currently busy to shooting her new upcoming drama and KP. Nowadays she only gets to work…
Yeah I don’t see it unfortunately. All those male actors like you said act only in male centric drama or female centric novels turned into male centric ones since they are so popular. If Bai lu tries for an equal billing she will get chewed up by their fans so she can only do 2nd billing in a drama that will put emphasis on the male character. I think she is pass that and now focuses only of female centric dramas.
Seriously i am happy he is finally free from tencent productions . He stuck way too long with them. They f up so many of his dramas. Hope youku do better.
