Unpopular opinion apparently: this drama might be in my top 10 and maybe i need a therapist.
I loved the dystopia of the whole thing. I really loved the mundane things like getting gas, water, food, shelter. Maybe it was the fact that i watched a show about depression and your idol dying and how its okay to mourn them and find comfort in others. Maybe because the world seems so bad and you see them finding everything in their final days. I also loved how he didnt go back to his abusive mother. How Ritsu always looked after him. Loved their background scenes. They all had hoped when they basically had no reason to.
okay if here is a single poi defender can you pls tell me how you're still defending her after she sexually harassed…
The whole press conference idea was so bad. That couldve been a statement, and if she really was abused they definitely should not have put them together...
I was excited to watch this show because of the plot and the high ratings then i saw many negative comments and i didnt really have many expectaions because of them. I dropped so many shows already whats one more. Well i watched it in 2 days, and i honestly didnt feel like dropping it at any point. This show is more about relationships than about the fantasy side but i loved how they grew, and understood what they had to do. I also loved how Talay reacted to Tuns birthday wish, it was so human, and he was willing to learn to figure out why. There were quite a lot of ads but it wasnt that annoying for me tbh.
Im really greatful i had the opportunity to laugh and cry and think about some things because of this show.
This year gave us a lot of amazing shows and couples and this is one of my favourites. Dont expect it to be the best, but its a solid show in my opinion.
Here comes my honest opinion noone asked for. It took me a good few episodes to get used to it being a sit com, i thought it wasnt funny esp not to the degree that it needs this many laugh tracks - that being said this should not stop you. I was so curious about its high rating and for a while i didnt think it was appropriate, but luckily i stayed was curious enough to stay. So many times i feel like they make shows way too long, the plot finishes half way through and only the drama stays, so im really glad it was so balanced all the way. If they do make another season, which it definitely has potential for, i hope they continue staying this consistent.
They keep overplaying the laughing sound in the background itβs only the second episode and Iβm over it already…
I felt like dropping at ep 1. Then at every episode because i saw the high rating and i wanted to understand why, then at like ep 6 i was so hooked. Its horrible and i love it. I dont like sitcoms but luckily its not like the western ones. Im so glad i gave it a chance
