Since you are looking for votes for a new person to be voted on for Nation's little sister title i would remove anyone that already has the title.
One person mentioned once the title is held they will never lose it. So there is no reason for them to be voted on in the first place. This has nothing to do w age to me since real lil sisters can be any age but you did specify an age range in your list description. Anyway, one who has been given this title should be excluded.
Love IU and think she deserves a much more grand title anyway. She's more than a little sister and imo far above the usual celebrity.
