CSK does really care for him .... that's why he stopped him from eating the pineapple cake despite have doubts in his mind regarding his true identity as SYH......you can see how much he cried in that hospital scene thinking over it again & again, what if it 'd be real SYH, it could have been nearly a fatal cause for him like the maid told, the tears in his eyes didn't only depict guilt-ridden feelings but also him being genuinely worried as to what if sth really happened to SYH ........
