my point is type casting, don't twist my words. I even wrote an article on MDL about age gaps and mentioned several I loved, I'm not against the age gap... even when the actor age gaps are big or small, the mental age gap of the characters is the only thing that matters

As some have pointed out it'd be hard on the actors involved. They're already apologizing and getting hate for just accepting the roles, idk if them and even SBS would sell the work anyways..
But as I pointed out, if they show an ending documentary to show how the real history went after each ep, and if they also change the names and some of the events around the characters then maybe there's hope. And that would mean they need to spend even more money when they already lost so much, idk if it'd be a good investment right now especially. But maybe one day ;(

my ratio is the 4th ep, ie 1/4th of any drama but I have exceptions which is cliches and repetitions (my fastest drop was 10min of the 1st ep for Love with Flaws and I was not wrong at all xD)
I did like Lee Min Ki in the beauty inside and that was the exception for bearing through that type of expressionless character
in sunbae lipstick, once they moved past that 1st move, suddenly he did a 180 and became the sweetest ml. and the fl did a 180 and said she liked him. then magically they became the cutest "mature" couple xD

regardless of romance he's always type casted now as that sort of "childish" type. 5 year gap is still big, it's like how rowon is being type casted in noona romances now, or lee min ki with his cold expressionless neat freak type. they need to move on
these things needed to be checked before hand, if they thought the writer was "unfit" they shouldn't have hired him, more or less they should hire some of those detective historical info knetz to keep their things right
there's no need to "ban" this when they can just edit and fix things up, anything happens in korea, they fire people and ban things without really trying to fix the issues
