though, I do want to say, they killed them off way too easily... like Eugene could've just stayed on the other side.. but I guess, that's the point, it's not a dramatic ending, it's a sad one..
but I can see it as a "he blocked them" so they couldn't shoot her or the train..
And thinking about hui seong, I can think of it as "police brutality". The cop just hit him too hard.. and dong mae, he was never a part of the righteous army, he only helped them because of ae sin, so his end was with the japanese. And hina, her life was around the hotel, she built it from scratch, she made it flourish, and she blew it down on her own.

I'd love a second season just to see more about this....

they gave us 3 beautiful romances, 3 bromances, 4 crushes, womance, and so many more beautiful relationships, and in the end they ripped them all apart...

beautiful ending for a beautiful masterpiece.... I can't stop crying, I didn't want it to end... I'll miss them... I want to give it more than a 10...

until now, I suddenly start crying thinking about this...

so the drugs give him super strength.. but will he just use it for the illegal matches? and how badly will it effect him..

also, I assume they'll kill off that other drug tester. or he'll die from it, or else they'd don't have made him memorable by showing his bunny tattoo ;p

I LOVE it! 1st of, Jang Hyuk! 2ndly, he has a living wife, lol, all through the ep I was like, don't kill her off or have them get a divorce... that always happens in dramas, but if she's in the poster (and the 1st female lead) I guess she'll stay ;p

and 3rdly, there's more than just one plot, they don't mention it in the synopsis, or the tags, so I'll not say anything here ;p

also, I like the female detective, she did a sparta on those 3 women it was funny..

a small list of things I thought about in ep23...
I was so worried about Hui Seong. they zoomed on him alot in the beginning, I thought they'll kill him!
when Hui Seong said "Joon Young's sister" is my future wife.. I don't know her name ^^;
I think Hui Seong will have a big role in the ending. his pictures and his newspaper can show the outside world about what's going on in their country..
I am really a bad person, for a second (and longer) I thought, I'll exchange dong mae with hina, just let her live TT^TT
the elders scarifying themselves even though they are practically "helpless"...

I kept thinking, if the writers already tried to kill dong mae this many times, they mush let him survive the ending. but now I'm not sure...
Eugene and Ae Sin's reunion.. both times...
away from all the war and killing, Eugene and Ae Sin make THE BEST age gap couple! the most important part, he doesn't drag her down, push her down? like, he handed her her gun back and said, go ahead do what you want to do!!

what else........ I can't remember right now.. sadly I can't watch the last ep now, but I think I'll just rewatch this ep before watching the last one, that way I can drag the ending a little more...

I loved how they made fun of the slow suspense kiss in the drama they were watching xD

also, she's a nice girl, a little nosy and maybe a "bully" type, but her heart is in the right place, she was the only one who didn't even talk badly about his "looks", though I won't talk about the poor guy in the 2nd episode's preview xD

overall it feels different than other romcoms, so I'm looking forward to what happens. the time periods they showed were 2005 (based on pride and prejudice bus), 2013 and 2018?

almost all of the other acting exo members have had kiss scenes, and their fans were really supportive, and encouraging ;p

I love a good heated moment, but I hate when they just tease, like the previous episode when they were rolled up in that rug(?) and it turned out to be his fear of mice xp
but this is a historical drama, and kiss scenes are rarer, at least in the ones I've watched..

they better not tease us with failed "incoming kiss scenes" until the last episode, as they always do :p

even though there are alot of dramas in the "Recommendations" non of them even compares to this..
this was really the most unique and different drama I've ever seen..

well as long as there's nothing too teasing about what's to come (at this point, I don't want to see the previews for ep23) and since I miss them too much I guess I'll watch it later ;p

are there scenes from the new episodes? or are they recaps?

is there subs for it? the one I found doesn't have subs, and no one ever subs specials ;(
