or she will hit rock bottom and go mental, either way I think Lee Sung Kyung will do a good job...

I agree... This drama is more about conflicts and emotions with great acting from Ma Dong Seok and the other characters, rather then action or mystery... and that's a refreshing change....
I feel bad for Seo Woo, it's like everyone expects something from her but no one really wants anything from her... her family raised her to think it's a bad thing when someone is better than them, so of course she has issues. and people seem to ignore her jealous fit when they should tell her straight up to get over herself...
The ending of episode 6 was so sad and intense... This is the first drama I've seen by Jang Hyuk, I think his acting is very deep and he brings the character to life...
EDIT: Truthfully I like Jin Sung she's a little too idealistic, but lacking; she wants to do everything right but she can't (because I think the writers don't know what to do with her, it seems like everyone else can find out what's going on but her). At least she isn't overreacting and wallowing in self-pitty while running around crying over how everyone/thing hates her when she does something wrong.........
Inho is one of the best characters i have seen; he showed great development and emotions...
A drama remake or adaptation doesn't have to be exactly the same as the original, it should tell the story from a different light or point of view...
This was my first Asian drama. I watched it because I love the manga. I was impressed with Siwon and Donghae (I didn't know anything about kpop then). They expressed the characters well, that's why I watched other dramas by Siwon... and now I'm obsessed with kdrama... Rather then a second season I would like a Korean remake....
