It makes sense though. In korea they always say 1st loves don't last
Heedo and yejin are the definition of 1st love, it's slow, it's youth, it's sloppy and it's fragile

youth, ambition, naivety, first love and dreams 😭😭😭😭❣
they just crushed my 1st love😭😭
honestly, I love their interactions, it feels so intimate and so pure

I love this article, even as I disagree strongly (but respectfully) about remaking Veronica Mars. :-) It's one…
That's the point though, to push kdrama boundaries. They do the power struggle of rich vs poor so much but they also always just repeat it. They always make the fl an orphan because they can't handle building a parental relationship
They can't have a strong yet vulnerable yet sassy and soft fl that doesn't follow other's lead (especially the ml)

It's not a replacement, it's an homage😌

In kdramas it was though, gore wise, grittiness wise, character dynamics...

I really hate Cha Mi Jo and Jeong Chan Young's "love" stories.. one moved way too fast and they barely had any conversation and the other is a cheap makjang, no matter what excuse they use, both are wrong.

the only thing I ever want for "childhood acquaintance" and "age gaps" is to have a romance that's built on conversation and not "destiny"
they talk with each other and they're starting a relationship better than any adults in dramaland

the only thing I'm disappointed in is that her old self isn't kim taeri too.. it's not like 10/20 years is that much of a drastic change. it's like how KSH played her own mom. I'd have loved kim taeri in adult clothes and it would've been easier to connect the future as heedo's maturing/development
usually I hate actors not changing when they do backstories (like jisung playing a teen xD) but with reverses like this and reply 1988, it takes away the process, they just feel like different people

Aww❣❣ skip beat is actually how I got into dramaland. I read the manga, watched the anime and tried a live…
Yeah their kyoko did not give her amy justice
Lol I wish health upon the writer as well dude I know of another magaka, Nana's, who got sick and after she got better she just didn't want to writer it
And she had left it with a huge messy cliffhanger too🤡😭

I have to say, I have never expected to open MDL's main page and find Skip Beat's poster showing up there, I've…
Aww❣❣

skip beat is actually how I got into dramaland. I read the manga, watched the anime and tried a live action for the 1st time in my life
Then I loved siown's acting as Ren so I tried more of his work and the rest is history 😌
It didn't do the story justice but Ren and Sho were presented really well❣
