both dramas talk about bullying in high school, an app to bring people down, and they share an actress

both are suspenseful stories that are reveal in small doses with great acting and thrilling elements

there are a few movies that keep you guessing and at the edge for your seat, the suspense and thriller elements are high, without revealing the plots

both movies are extremely thrilling, intense, and full of suspense. the narrative is misleading and it keeps the audience guessing till the end

both Following and Recalled are similar and unhinged, twisted and full of thrill, but they're not over nitty gritty and crazy
the acting was also great and things are never as simple as what they seem

Both felt very similar, both revolve around the simple idea of love, building yourself and your dreams and whether you can have both

Both male leads from my sweet mobster and the way of the house husband are “gangsters” gone soft
They have rough and evil face but a reversal identity of sweeties

Both fall under the “maturer” side of romcoms, and I compare these to her private life and miss night and day as well


So basically they have great romcom mls who are grownups without extreme added conflict of petty bickering and misunderstandings

There should be a category for dramas like these, mature romcoms, ie it has characters that are more on the mature adult side rather than the young adult adults


So it has the comical aspects of romcoms but the characters also have nice mature characteristics, calm, sweet, understanding, even through misunderstanding bickering they’re still respectful and reasonable

Both miss night & day, and my sweet mobster aired at the same time and both are super sweet and chill romcoms

It’s like dramaland finally decided to invest in sweet calm mature yet cute mls??


Both fls are a bit too, sweet, ie super bubbly but not total annoying airheads like the usual fls

There are some dramas that feel more “mature” in sense of complexity and depth of thought
When process of politics or finance is involved, it becomes heavy and it requires much attention
In both cases, the acting and writing are solid that you gradually focus and pay attention to everything

Both of these talk about the political process of Korea, the presidency and “communism” of anyone who dared to disagree and the fight for freedom
