Never trust the ratings. If you base a drama on the rating here then I'm afraid you're missing out on a lot of good dramas. FYH is good and it really does have a unique plot.
I absolutely adored JXB and YNX so much. Even though we can tell YNX have some reservation about JXB after their wedding incident. There is still so much mutual understanding and trust between them. I really hope it stay like that.

1. I took it more as, her life was put at risk and she could of have been killed by Gaya. Before YNX agreed to the marriage she said she have to prioritize her life. After the incident she said she have face death before and there's still so many things she wants to do and people she have yet to meet. Perhaps, YNX feel that JXB put her life at risk knowingly that something will go wrong.

FYI, they did bought the rights to Beauty Inside, not to make an adaptation of it. Same plot? Where? They only use the concept of ml face blindness and fl changes of appearance and because of this they bought the rights to prevent copy rights infringement. Everything else is different.
You can be inspired by another drama usage of a certain concept and change it to a different storyline. This is what FYH is, there is no plot similarity. And for those saying FYH is an ancient adaptation of Beauty Inside, it is NOT.

To my understanding, the only concept they use from Beauty Inside is the face blindness and fl changes of appearance. They bought the rights to it so it wouldn't be a copyrights infringement but it is not really based on Beauty Inside. Everything from story to everything else has no similarities.
First 6 episodes was amazing. LYX really captivated that face blindness really well. I love that we got just the right amount of romance and the other stuff. The comedy is also done right. Nothing over the top where it dominate.
SY and LYX have a very subtle chemistry. I love the way they both looks at each other so charmingly. It's the shy stare and giggle that JXB and YNX does that speak peak romance to me. Overall, I'm sooo happy with this pairing and can't wait for more episodes.
Also, can we talk about the martial arts? The fighting scenes were amazing and the camera person did such a great job with all those angle.
No, this is not a remake of Beauty Inside. FYH share the same concept with the face blindness and change of appearances. However, FYH have completely different story line.
While I understand that many watchers are not too fond of Chinese dramas, it doesn't make it okay for you to disregard the OG version of Scarlet Heart. I have see so many comments being so disrespectful to the Chinese actors of Scarlet Heart. We get it, you're into Korean dramas and apparently they only set the standard high or something.
Not to mention the countless videos of people making the Korean version as the original. If you're going to mentioned Scarlet Heart you should include all the versions. Don't even say, "oh it's because the Korean version is more popular".
Also, no hate at all to Win. If he is playing the 4th prince, he really need to step up his acting. He cannot convince me hard enough that he will be able to pull off the role of 4th prince. Whether the portrayal is Nicky Wu or Lee Joon Gi or a completely different take.
