The quirky premise kind of scares me considering who the writer is. Be ready that this drama might take a wiiild turn later on and change genres completely, they might just be tricking with us currently. But let's see 😊
You could expect it to be good with the original story being good, and with this cast... but this good???!! Damn they really nailed every single element so far. What amazing talent! As disney doesn't promote it properly please let's get a word of mouth going, just like what made Squid Game so big. This drama really deserves it.
Just like all those zombie films, this is the sort of movie where you shouldn't expect any originality. The execution…
I agree I still hope they bring something new to the table.
Psycho chasing a woman, ML tries to get help from police, in the end the ML kills the psycho. The end. I hope for some kind of new take on this classic plot at least. Door lock succeeded because it was so tightly executed, like you said. The crawling under the bed scene was iconic. But just going to do that again? Well soon we will see 😊
Arabs/muslims feel extremely disrespected huh. As a gay I feel disrespected by their culture and way of thinking. In their countries for example homosexual people get executed in front of cheering audiences. In Saudi Arabia they behead gay people with swords. This post does not need to get deleted for mentioning this, since its literal facts. 100% true. My point is that they should move on and not act like self entitled snowflakes. The koreans obviously meant no harm and officially apologized. Move on and stop spreading hate.
Also if you spend time making accounts to downvote this drama you are pretty sad. MDL rating mean nothing. The drama is a smash hit on netflix 😂
Apparently disney is not promoting this properly in the us and EU. Spread it! Tell all your friends to give it a try! It deserves it! Lets do another "Squid Game" that got big by word of mouth. I haven't felt this hyped either for a kdrama for quite some time. Its just... too good... literally!
This drama was really huge in 2021. I miss it. It was the perfect package and the comedy was spot on. It also still has one of the most epic villain reveal scenes of all time, damn that scene is SO badass. That whole episode (4 if im correct) was also so epic and bombastic, like 10/10. Tbh not much has really topped Vincenzo for me since it aired. Such an iconic drama that people will remember for many many years to come.

You know that this won't get a second season.
