Yu ex girlfriend will want to return with him, i think Ai will see them together and run away away because he was sad, he thought that Yu and her will be together again mostly also because of his dream but Yu will chase him and said he loves him. For the rest, the dream doesn't seem to be a big deal in novel. We will see for the drama
