I think a major lesson this movie is going to teach us is not to be hasty in judgement because take a look at today's episode.Eager to see how Zi yu and Yun WeiShan navigate from here

True but what i don't agree with is you saying the main leads fans are criticising the actor and not the character because i personally have seen criticisms of both the characters and actors of main and second male lead which i explained before.

I personally think it's still too early to judge despite the fact it's already this far with the episodes.I also don't think he's "weak".I just think he has weaknesses just like others in the Gong family but which he is already working on.For example he's fighting really well now.I also think people forget him and the second lead aren't in the same age grade and this is his first time being "responsible" for a position unlike the second lead who has been in charge of the lineage but all of it doesn't mean he is better which i think the drama wants to teach its audience

Did they truly apologise?I saw that and it was hurtful because i personally don't think it's true.I love both of their characters and find the development realistic.Again,i think the judgment on them is too hasty

I think everyone is making a judgement too early the same lesson the drama has been passing across.We have to watch the complete drama before making a conclusion.Also both the main leads and second leads are important and both are doing a good job. Protagonists and antagonists basically...

This is happening recently.Please read my intial post at the beginning lovers of the second leads criticised and slandered the first leads now lovers of the first leads in a revolt are slandering the second leads and also blaming the production as a cause for everything.Reason i said,you can praise your favourites without bringing anyone down.I'm not a fan of either of them but i didn't like the slander against the main leads and also don't support slander against the second leads.Basically,everyone is defensive of those they love and the comparison started it.

I see you like Esther and it may hurt but don't bother too much about it,i've seen this before in a drama i loved,the second lead was preferred to the main lead and people complained they want the second lead as a main character,their wish was honoured but guess what?When the movie came out where the actor they wanted to be the main lead they complained and said he wasn't fit for it and they prefer him when he was a supporting character.It was funny to me because i remember how the actor who was the main character in that drama was ridiculed because this same person was the supporting character.
This is my first time watching Esther and she's an amazing actress,keep hyping her and don't let what other says deter you in loving her.I know it hurts but it's too early to crown anyone the winner because i think the drama has just started and even if after the drama she isn't praised as much as you want,praise her and find others who are like minded as you to do same.People forget that there's actually a casting director and a competent one chooses specific actors for the roles for a reason

Yes that's what i've noticed since the drama started.Most people as it seems preferred the second leads and the production used it for promotion.It's a business move

I find many characters interesting but one of my personal favourites for now are Gong Ziyu and Yun Wei Shan.While others think Gong Ziyu is weak,foolish and not to be sword wielder.I beg to differ and agree with those who say he's a character in development...I also agree with those who think that perhaps Yun WeiShan is the main character of this drama and the title speaks of her journey.I think when the entire story is completed,it will form a conclusion of my thoughts about the drama but so far it's been good and i can't wait to see how the writer plans to do it all in 24 episodes(which is not impossible).
I also think the director did a good job and everyone should be patient as the drama unfolds because it has shown in this drama several times that things are not the way them seem

The putting down of actors was directed to fans of the second leads...Also i don't think it's the director but fans of the second leads and the production is taking advantage of it since it's works for them.

It's my first time seeing/watching both lead actors and some others in the drama but a prevalent problem i noticed since this drama started airing is comparison.The lead actors were compared to the second lead actors and praised for being better,now the lead actors fans in a revolt complain of less screen time etc sigh!You know what they say about comparison being the thief of joy?That's what's happening right now to some watchers of this lovely drama.
All actors in this drama are amazing!But praising one and stylishly putting others down is very wrong.You can praise whoever you like without comparing or putting other actors down...
