I feel like he is going to be that character that as the time goes by after many cases, the deeper he goes into…
hahaha where do you even find these- I can’t even find the script reading video and you’re right. Did they specify the accident though? And is there any hint that his parents were abusive in the past at all? I doubt there will be, we’ve already received quite a lot of information though it’s confusing lmao. It’d be fun to see LSG play as a psychopath if so.
Now that you mention an accident, it brings me back to the trailer where younger JBR is in the snow “praying that i won’t be become a monster” before we see a psychotic smirk appear? Maybe he himself was the cause of the accident, I don’t know lol I’m probably digging too much into it.

Okay I don’t know if you’ve already found out but it’s set in a world where humans can identify psychopaths through a DNA test of the foetus in the mother’s womb, so it’s like, “Would you still be able to love your child even though it’s confirmed that they’re a psychopath?” Which is really interesting, it makes me wonder if there will be such thing in the future. I think when young Jung Bae Reum said, “I pray to God, please don’t let me turn into a monster.” that he was identified as a psychopath although he doesn’t want to be one? And was therefore probably mistreated. I wonder if the psychopath test will be written down on their files so maybe others found out and he was also bullied? The encounter with the psychopath probably triggered the psychopath in him and slowly he finds himself turning into one? I don’t know haha, I’m just theorising. What do you think?

Ok so I only just decided to check out the guest role characters just to confirm if it is a younger jung ba reum otherwise my theory would completely deconstruct and it is haha! Still confused on how the encounter will change his past self.
It’s too bad both trailers have very little context, if it were longer I would probably be able to nitpick some parts and have a more accurate theory but kdrama trailers are usually like that if Netflix isn’t involved lmao.
So is it going to be about identifying kids with psychopathic symptoms and tendencies while stopping them from becoming such crazed serial killers? Is itgoing to include time travel? I don't see that in the genre but it kind of hints at that..maybe i'm just overthinking, probably..
Edit: So people have been saying that the kid in the poster is supposed to be a younger version of Jung Bae Reum. Is it possible that the encounter somehow changed his past and now he’s a serial killer? That’s just even more confusing but oh well.
I’m here for Im Si Wan and Seo Ye Ji. Heard he’s contemplating on his role though so I think that’s why he’s being listed as a supporting actor for Season 1 or maybe he might just be a supporting actor after all..
There’s already a confirmation for Season Two when episodes of the first season aren’t released lol. Anyway, I’m here for Im Si Wan and Seo Ye Ji. I don’t know why but this reminds me of a manga I’ve read once. A group of suicidal people are sent to an island but it’s cursed and a pig masked face killer is going around killing any habitants on the island, it’s pretty gruesome and involves cannibalism. It only slightly reminds me of it. I think it’s called ‘ Suicide Island ‘ if anyone would like to know.
Bastard is one of my favourite webtoons and would love if it got a kdrama adaptation. If done well in regards to the webtoon, I have no doubt that it would be a big hit considering that Bastard is a lot more dark than Sweet Home due to the fact it bases on real life, I'm not saying Sweet Home is bad at all, I just wish Bastard was more popular and got an adaptation first.
She's right though. So Mun has the anger to kill someone ( he even admitted he wanted to kill the bully). It's…
Yes that’s true but he’s just a kid, a kid who lost his parents at a young age and for all his life he thought it was just an accident. He’s done his best to stay calm and has a lot of pent up rage. For example, he warned the bullies multiple times and beaten them, yet they don’t listen and continued to hurt his friends. He realised he needed to go all out to protect his friends so that’s why he went that far...I swear Wi Gen and the others think that revenge is just protecting others...
I’m sad it’s being delayed till March tho
As if February wasn’t long enough

it’s great theorising with you! You’re really creative!
Also what church photo? I don’t remember seeing that in the trailers, did I miss something?
