The costume and set are fantastic. The CGI is better than other wuxia dramas and is tollerable. But more than the CGI its the overly-done acting that holds me back. I don't think I can go though this for 62 episodes.
Tian Yu n Willam are okay but the female leads are quite terrible tbh..

I am already confused just by reading the synopsis -_-

Till episode 10 I thought Young Oh often seem to display hints of emotion, which at that time didn't go with the plot. But now I am totally awestruck! I don't know if it was intentional or just happened to be... but everything just became perfect!

So,, did everyone forget about Yang Seung Hoon?? -_-

JDramas are generally better in mystery, suspense genre while KDramas are good with Romance and Melodramas. Ofcourse there are exceptions.
Also I always felt JDramas to have a moral perspective to the stories.

BTW Oguri Shun gotta be on the list of actors.

I personally prefer JDramas. I think they are far better at suspense, thriller and mystery without turning everything into a melo. KDramas are surely better at romance and ofcourse melos.

I loved the anime version. Does the drama follow the same plot?

Unexpectedly beautiful drama! Real pleasure to watch. Highly recomended.

If there ever is a drama adaptation of Blood + this guy would be perfect as Haji!
