I don't understand your question. Of course there are many straight ships in the Thai BL industry. But this is explicitly a BL or Y series. Why would they spend a huge amount of time focusing on the struggles of straight actors?
This series does address a lot of serious issues but I think you're taking it too seriously. You can think of it as a mirror but more like a parody not a literal representation.
Also watching this series I don't get the impression that almost all the fictional actors are gay as you said. On the contrary it assumes that most of the actors are straight and are just doing fan service for the sake of the FCs and features the problems that arise when one or both actors in a ship might be gay and worse catch feelings for the other. At least that's how I see it. What's your agenda?
#PEAKLA FTW! Woohoo! Enjoying all the storylines but Y Idol is my favourite so far. Overall it's a brilliant series. How many times we see producers with great concepts but poor execution? Not this time. Everything thing is on point.
