The artist is Natee and out of all the Enchanté wannabes he has been the most honest with Theo. He kept his word. He did show Theo who Enchanté is in one of the pictures on display. He just likes to be mysterious and artistic. Instead of making things easy for Theo and telling him directly who the real Enchanté is he wants the art to speak for itself.
He basically admitted early on that he wasn't Enchanté and promised he would let Theo know who the real Enchanté was if he helped him get the display space. It's not his fault Theo didn't see it even though it was right there in front of him. To be fair it's not just Theo. Most people missed it. Credit to the director for making it so slight. It's a picture of Akk with his usually style of the crossbody bag strap across his chest and the top buttons on his white shirt open. Theo wears his bag over one shoulder and buttons up more. Not to mention the smile and the hair. That's a picture of Akk for sure, not Theo.

It's the drawing behind the one of the left hand signing Enchanté that Theo focused on. The first picture you see when he moves the curtain to that section. What's really funny is that everyone says they look alike and in this scene even Theo glanced over it and thought it was just another picture of himself.
