His singing is off. WHD & his company doing paid publicity everywhere. He is ok actor but not wonderful like CY, YY, WL. His drama 'Unchanged love' didn't have higher rates than 'LBFAD'. In a way, Its Easter Yu & IQIYI brilliant production that made WHD famous.

Whd & his company doing publicity to cash in his popularity. I don't think anyone will notice. His voice is loud & whiny. Its young but not soft. His singing seems off but he is an actor. Its bad that some fans mocking his co-actresses for age, acting, billings etc.
Its Iqiyi production, so good choreography & costumes designs. I like its OST. Story is boring. Orchid is cute. Her voice is childish, often common in cdramas, she seems to mature in end. Is Dylan voice dubbed? I have seen him on Keep Running variety show, in reality his voice is not stable. WHD voice is like loud whiny. LBFAD did good for him. This drama still is kind of Overhyped actually.

Many things are important in making of a good drama. Not necessarily every drama need a romantic plot. There are Tons of BG plots in dramas, some of which didn't make any sense, failed to keep interest. What the use of it, if it doesn't help in carrying plot?

But Except for few, Not all good build handsome actor can guarantee a quality drama, if they don't have good expression management.
