Everyone seems eager to be called gege or jiejie by him. I just watched a video of Xia Zhi Guang (who plays Sikong Chang Feng in DY, if you’ve seen it) asking to be called gege by TJR even though he’s 13 months younger than TJR 😂.

He’s been exceptional, especially for someone so new to the industry. I didn’t know the way his agency treated him was so poor, it’s disheartening to see them overlook basic necessities like proper food and security. No one should have to endure unsafe environments, especially someone constantly in the public eye.

Maybe they will release in two parts.

Someone above the comments mentioned it, so I was being sarcastic, perhaps I didn’t phrase it well. I’m fully aware that they were very close, not just during filming but even after this show. During the promotion of FOF, I watched both hello saturday and another show I can’t recall, and they clearly had a strong bond. I believe the editing played a role in this perception, they likely cut out many of their interactions. For instance, there was a moment where TJR was joking in different accents, and HMH was laughing along, but for some reason, they only keeps showing RZS. It seems the show wanted to fuel fan wars for buzz, and they certainly succeeded. For those of us who became fans of both of them because of FOF, it feels like a slap in the face from both sides 🤗😂

At times, the female lead's romantic interest isn't necessarily the male lead.

He's incredibly dedicated to his craft and truly deserves all the success in the world. I hope he's also looking after himself.
