Nozue-san just switched to a new smart phone from his old flip phone. He definitely knows how to use email (he was on his laptop in previous episode). He is just not used to his new iphone user interface to check different email accounts. I guess you missed that one. This is realistic. I also get what you are saying, but people like him actually exist (he reminds me of my youngest aunt and uncle lol~). Even here in U.S, when employees were asked to use Zoom or Teams at work instead of Skype because of pandemic in 2020, both old and young employees messed up a lot for months since they are not familiar with new user interface.
I have not been logged in to my Nextflix account for months since I did not find anything interesting to watch. I will log back in to watch the season 2.
The epilogue at the end of every episode is educating about the real events that happened in Korea before. I was hesitant to watch this series when I first saw that low rating review here, but turns out this is a very educating and heart warming series mixed with a bit of funny scenes.
