Idk about the medical thing, I just heard that it's really ridiculous in here^^ but all of us are used to those holes kdramas like to offer us but even only those who have the medical knowhow would feel really bothered about it while I wouldn't have had even notice it.... in contrast to the romance which should've at least try not to insult the viewers with that halfhearted relationship of them

I don't even know when Tae Hyun fell for her...like when did he even get to know her personality? His head should be filled with thoughts of the death of his sister, but well that's just how humans normally are like?
...It would make sense for Yeo Jin to fall in love bc of the way he treated/treats her but she was still traumatized and then they kiss at the church she was supposed to marry her dead boyfriend she feels guilty of just after a while they've been there...so sry that I don't buy this.
