No, the clause is if Yi cheats on Diao, Diao's family will get the land (they already own it) and the circuit built on it (so plenty of money for them)

I'm not sure but I don't think that August will really marry Peem now that she was willing to give Pine a chance.
But, as her "uncle" said : was she willing to sacrifice Pine's bright future for a love that she doesn't know will last ? I don't think so, she values work and having a dream and working for it. So what better excuse to break Pine's heart and be sure he won't try to pursue her anymore than telling him she will marry the guy she waited for a long time ? And telling him he's not high enough for her ? (yeah targeting all his weak points)
So, that's what I think. And this is why she is back now. She is maybe free for the "uncle" or Pine has reached a point where she can be back "safely" ?

Back then, I'm not for their love story. I didn't like how Pine handled his emotions (I understand them but forcing them on her without talking with her about it is a big no).
So... let's see what it is about in the present !

But, I'm wondering what Hunter was talking about ? He co-owned the bar with August right ? And he said that he is also trapped in the past longer than another character (I suppose Pine ? or maybe August ?). Please, I hope they will not do a love triangle between Pine & August...

That was completely what I felt too. Why didn't they alternate between past and present? I felt a little bit "bored" and frustrated to not see Nathee & Florence and Irin&Hack

I don't really know their age in the show but that's not too much because they were at the same time in their high-school uniform so no more than 5 years I suppose ?

oh thanks you pointed out what have been bothering me since watching this episode : it is Hack who saved her from being molested, not Pine. And each time Pine is not willing to help her and delegates I to a friend, it's always Hack who is willing to ! She just has to admit that she has a crush on Pine, not claiming this is all because of some hero-thing.
And I totally agree for all you said about Hunter !

when Irin asked Hunter if he has already been in love and he answers "no" but with a certain look in his eyes. Now I just want, at the last episode for example, for someone to walk in and claim Hunter to be his/her xD (okay, I have to admit, at first I wanted Earth to walk in :p )

I liked this first episode, as all of you.

But something got me thinking 🤔 : in the trailer we saw everyone fighting because Boston asked Top to take away Mew virginity. Okay, from ep 1 I can see that he invited Top to join them in that purpose BUT from their conversation (that Boston clearly disliked) at the bar, Top going to date Mew was his own wish, wasn't it ? So what about all the fuss later ? Or did I miss something ?

I have to say, I never understood why Put and Pat had broke up the first time ?! (like Put just disappeared from Pat's life ?) . So I don't know how much their breakup influenced Pat's behavior with his relationships. And if it is just hiw own insecurities about his own value than about the relationship.
Like you said, he needs to trust his partner and also to take time to really think about what he needs to do. Because throughout the series, each time he does something without any thinking, just based on his emotions and bam, someone talks some sense into him and then he knows how to handle the situation :(
So I understand his reaction because he is not flawless but it is hard to accept it ^^
And because I'm so sad for Jeng, because he has hiw own insecurities, especially about relationships. I remember an episode when he says to Tae that if it fails with Pat, he's done with falling in love, he has been hurt too much. So what really happened with his former lovers ? Being that much rejected by Pat should have really been hurting for him... and being again rejected for one mistake...

I agree with you that Pat has the right to be angry at Jeng for doing something like that WITHOUT telling him. Like Jeng could have said "I totally believe in your idea, I totally believe that it will work but we need to think about everyone else if it fails - because they may be fired -, so I will add my own money to be a backup - and because if Put is doing something for this, I have to do something too (my own interpretation) -". So Jeng completely messed up here.
BUT what I regret (and we can say it's because Pat is not mature enough) is that Pat goes for the break up. Why ? You think you can't find your own value because your boss is your boyfriend and you don't know if you're good or if it's because of him ? Resign and find another company to prove yourself. Maybe they can't work together but they can live together, it's not for every couple to be able to work alongside each other.
They completely lack of communication xD
