It's been a while since I watched such a well written and acted show. It reminded me of korean show SIGNAL which I watched couple of years ago. Those young actors did really great job.

I am currently watching part 2. How can someone like crown prince be in his position? He is incompetent and indecisive. I am sure his decisions would have killed many indirectly especially in military given their kingdom is still in infant stage.

I dropped original because of that. I thought it would be some tight plotted well written show but it has too much drama bs. I just can't swallow the fact that they were literally fu*king each our in the middle of the heist.

I am at ep 21. I was really surprised when FL and her fiance asked that lady who just lost her entire family to reconsider her marriage because of "love". What the hell was that? It was beyond naive and cruel.

Yes, If I remember correctly, In one scene there was news on radio about si mok becoming member of prosecutor team for this whole prosecutor police conflict. News announcer on radio was telling about si mok's past works. Announcer also mentioned above prime minister's corruption case.

What the hell is wrong with this subs? There are swearing words out of context. LOL.

I was expecting something like I WILL FIND YOU A BETTER HOME drama. It has similar portrayal of FL. It shows daily struggle of FL in shanghai real estate market and how she cope up in new working environment. It also has office romance plot but it is not the main theme. Rational life is good too but I was not interested in drama where romance was the main theme so I dropped it early. As I said earlier rational life is great drama and I have no hard feelings for it.

The ambiguity of ending is what intrigued me the most. I still remember after completing it I was thinking about it's conclusion for some days. That doesn't happen very often to me. In the end I concluded that he died and the end scene was just his imagination or fantasy wish.

I think it ended with ep 73 on YouTube.

In ep 16 when that son of old grandma breaks down...It was so beautifully written. His regret for not spending time with his mother was portrayed in the most realistic way. Kdramas usually have overdramatic moments but I liked how writers kept things simple for that moment.

I am not saying that he is good or bad. I enjoyed his dramas. I don't even care what he did in his personal life. I am criticizing celebrity culture.

I am just observing how modern day narcissism had become part of our society. I am currently watching hometown cha and I had news alert about this scandal. I generally don't care about this kind of stuff but recently there have been lots of celebrity scandal in my country too. News talk shows are literally debating on it. That's how messed up celebrity culture is. Internet has given us an epitome of narcissism.

1) Even if he whistleblow, the corruption was so deep rooted that it wouldn't make much effect. Si mok said the same thing in his interview with reporter. He gave the example of that pharma company. The main purpose of lee was to make the blow so large that nobody can stop or hinder the investigation. He deliberately gathered many upright prosecutors slowly at one place. He deliberately made special investigation team so hanjo's name would be dragged. Overall he caused many tidal waves which would eventually turned into flood that nobody can stop even if they are powerful.
2) Si mok had same question. They were monitoring park's house.

CEO park was middleman for many dealings between hanjo and officials. He was also a pimp. Lee started domino effect by murder of CEO park. They framed repairman so public would think police and prosecution messed up the whole investigation and case would get national wide attention. Although lee didn't expect that repairman would commit suicide. As for the blood it was done for starting of reinvestigation. Case wouldn't reopen unless there is some concrete evidence about frame up. As for prostitute, she was underage and many top officials enjoyed her services. Park was her pimp. She was found in same house where park was killed so it looked like that someone was trying to hide their wrongdoings by killing both of them.

It's not dark. Most characters are in grey area. Although it's a little bit draggy, it's pretty decent for law drama.

No and it's one big mystery involving different cases.

I don't know how MDL rating works but this should be one of the most cringe drama even for kdrama standards. I couldn't pass even in first episode. It gives that weird gut feeling and makes you sick.
