Yeah it's her mother, and Mone isn't dead some scenes from the Teasers of her weren't in the Episodes yet and also for her to be gone in Episode 3 doesn't make sense.

It's either Bang Chilsung's son or Kang Kitak, so Dami's name would be Bang Dami/Kang Dami (Kang Dami sounds nice).

Yeah, Geum rahee is Medusa but no Dami is dead, Hwang Chanseong is just the CEO of Save but he maybe has something to do with her.

Dami was shot twice and K buried her in the well and she was there for 5 years till Bang Chilsung finally found her and died with her Skeleton due to the Explosion and I don't think Geum Rahee was trying to hide herself with the blanket, she just had it over her.

Dami is dead and i didn't really understand what you meant but if you're talking about the Person that had a blanket over themself and was watching Damis old Videos, that was Geum rahee.
