I'm not sure how to explain it, but I'll just write what I feel about the love triangle between Mi Joo, Young Ran, and Soo Hyun.
I feel like Mi Joo is someone who's really brave in the sense of love, someone I want to be like. She isn't afraid to confess to someone who she truly likes, even if rejection is a high probability. However, in reality, I feel like I'm more of Young Ran, or relate more to her. Someone who likes another person, but is too afraid to confess as rejection could lead to failure to even stay friends.
I get both sides, but I'm still secretly rooting for Young Ran and Soo Hyun.
Dear angry netizens, no where in the drama has they claimed Shanggu to be top beauty, number beautiful god/immortal,…
I think she's suppose to be the most beautiful lady in the three realms. I think I remember reading a while back that Zhou DongYu didn't originally want to take this role because she felt that she wasn't beautiful or pretty enough to act as ShangGu
What is wrong with her? I didn't watch her dramas (only a few clips), but she made more movies than dramas.
She can't really act. She had to use eyedrops because she was unable to cry real tears. In Yun Zhong Ge, they had to photoshop her into the clip because she was unable to meet the schedule of filming. Furthermore, she fake ate in the drama, which is not understandable.
In My True Friend, not only did she act with two very popular male leads at the time, she drama still flopped.
In Chuang Ye Shi Dai, the second female lead became popular. There is a saying that acting with Angelababy as the second female lead will become popular, but as the male lead will suffer.
All her dramas, General and I, Yun Zhong Ge, Chuang Ye Shi Dai, she's only mainly focused on trying to look good in front of the camera. She tries to make her eyes look really big, it's sort of scary and only one expression.
Most of her money comes from her husband, in terms of investing in dramas, or else she wouldn't be able to land those roles based on her acting skills.
As for her character, I'm not sure if you watch any of her variety shows. In Qi Yu Ren Sheng, she really shows off her character. This used to a high rating show of about 9.0 but dropped to like 6.8 after Angelebaby's appearance. In the show, famous people get to reveal themselves to the public and explore something they've really wanted to. Angelebaby joins one guy on a bike journey to Vancouver. However, she purposely gets up late, refuses to sleep in a tent, and instead of bike riding, hitch hikes rides instead. Her personality really shined through in the episode.
I find it a little odd how the maid servant girl dresses better than her mistress. She also tends to have a lot of free time too, never see her doing any chores.
I have to say, I'm currently more interested in the second couple than the main couple right now.
It's pretty good. I was thrilled that Zhao Li Ying was returning to filming after her pregnancy, but the drama has fallen a bit short of expectations. I feel like Zhao Li Ying is not getting the screen time she deserves in the latter episodes, and her martial arts hasn't really been improving a whole lot. The story should be centered around Zhou Fei and her introduction to Wulin, but it has a lot of unnecessary side plot lines.
can someone tell me why she was a general in her 1st life but now she isn’t???
I think she became a general after the war happened. The reason she went back was because they had been at war for quite a while and she wanted life to return to before the war had happened. I think I saw in a trailer that she does put on some amour when she goes to assassinate Lu Yuan Tong as he prepares to treason.
Big fan of this drama. I actually really like the male lead for this drama. It's the female lead that sort of throws me off. Even though she is 24, she still acts quite childish I think.
So they inferred that Bing Wen was Feng Yi Meng's child because they were both color-blind? If I remember correctly, color-blindness is a X inherited trait, and last time I checked, Bing We is a male. So he had to have inherited from his mother, and not his father. This drama is also outrageous who thinks of something like twins replacing one another to look like reviving the dead. Why did Feng Yi Meng's father do that in the first place, how does that tie in with Chung Ting's father? A lot of ends aren't connected or met, it still doesn't make sense. It might be because my Chinese is not very good. Can anyone further explain?
Ummm... didn't you see that they already tried shooting the undead but to no avail? Since they know FL is an elite,…
I think the female lead knows where to shoot to kill them. She shoots multiple times because her target, the medulla oblangata is quite small and should be shot from the back of the head.
For some reason, I don't like the female lead. I liked the her before she switched bodies. Even after she discovered her identity, I felt like the lost the essences and character of a queen. I wish they got the other female character to act instead.
