this is why I am holding out until all episodes are out. i am torn 😭😭😭 Bai Lu and Zhang Ling He are my favorites. I have been so excited to watch this since both started their filming, and hoping the schedule would be at least 1 episodes a day so I won’t go 🤪 Now I really have to wait or at least wait until 5 episodes left 😭😭😭Wish every drama release 2 episodes daily, so I can watch real time 🙏
Watched this the 2nd time (even better the 2nd time around) and the happy ending is beautiful. It ended where they first met as Cang Hai and Chu Kong…their tears of happiness said it all. Amazing acting from YCY, DYX, and supporting casts❤️❤️❤️
Love this drama. Story well written and never boring. Everything ties together. YCY and DYX have great chemistry, and their acting is 💯💯💯They are awesome. They look beautiful together. They plus casts are so funny in some episodes 🤣🤣🤣😆😆😆 and some episodes 😭😭😭. This drama plus the whole cast deserve recognition. An experience of all emotions 10/10 rating for me👏👏👏💯💯💯An underrated drama.

My favorite is when Cang Hai and Chu Kong first met each other 30,000 year ago. That was fun to watch, and it made me feel happy and giddy. They were innocent, carefree, and cute…just being young👏👏👏🤩🤩🤩 YCY and DYX are definitely showing their excellent acting skills. I definitely don’t see one facial expressions throughout all tribulations. They act well 👏👏👏 I also like the master and discipline tribulation …some scenes are so funny…never expected that I would experience so many different emotions. This drama is well written and amazing casts👍
I actually loved it more after the rewatch. And I agree this is underrated.
Also, I kept paying attention, critiquing , and anaylzing Yang Chao Yue’s acting and facial expressions cause of some people comments that she is a bad actress….saying she only has one facial expression for every scenes. So the second time watching this, every scenes of YCY I pay close attention to her. All those comments saying she can not act are false. In fact, she is funny, cries naturally, has many different facial expressions, and acts better or equal to other top actors/actresses. It is sad; I also doubt her acting skills and was harsher on critiquing her acting because of the bad comments on her acting. However, the more I critique her the more I realize she is an AMAZING actress in this drama (as I have not seen other besides fireworks of my heart —which she is amazing in too). Yes she did not graduate from an acting school or received proper education. But darn it she is an excellent actress through her hard work and tears. She deserves to be celebrated not force to admit she can’t act. I feel unjust for her😭😭😭 Also its unbelievable that some even comment that Ding Yu Xi is not handsome enough to be the male lead. This comment is crazy. He is super handsome and his acting is explosively excellent 🧨🧨🧨 Both YCY and DYX can sing really well. Watching it the 2nd time and its actually funny at some scenes that I missed because I was too focus on reading eng. subtitles the first time around. Wow didn’t realize Yang Chao Yue and Ding Yu Xi is so funny👏👏👏🤩🤩🤩 My goodness YCY’s and DYX’s crying scenes are so natural. Wow they are amazing actress/actor. I hope they both will receive an award for this drama. Too bad this drama should have been a celebration of both of their success but instead it did not get the positive recognition it deserve. An underrated drama due to haters 😭 So glad I watched this drama twice👍Plus the story all ties together beautifully.
