From what I understood in that scen is that he erased JB's memory on purpose
Only JB'S souls can control her divin power now that her soul is died I dont know if she sti have divin power. But Naksu's power stil remain in her memory, once she recover her memory she will get back it. To protect her and Jang Uk master Lee erased her memory on purpose.
