On episode 23 so annoyed with HZ behaviour. He would throw everything to escape with his friend who just murdered someone. Deserved or not he broke the law.
The godfathers death has gutted me, he was lovely. I dont think HZ did it, I think he has been framed. But he deserves this so he should pull his head in. Reign in that rotten temper.
As for the slow burn, its going to burn even slower now. I didnt think that was possible.

Thought I would re-watch it on Disney+ imagine my disappointment to find it dubbed. DUBBED.????? I cant believe we cant hear their real voices. Looks like I will continue to watch it elsewhere.

I spend so much time reading other peoples comments I forget what I came here to say.
My highlights from today's episodes were, when ML left the ex and went back to WJ then the hand holding wow that just said a lot and him not wanting to misunderstand. The ex knowing the look. WJ saying she knows he wont go down. That meant a lot to DJ. Such a lonely unsupported man must be soaking this up. There is so much more, Im not going to bother with the other characters. I feel I need to go back and rewatch this from the start. It will keep me going till next week! lol

Just want to add, I cant get enough of PHS gorgeous face!

The actors are great, and I initially thought this drama only had 16 episodes so I was wondering when will the romance happen. For those saying its better without romance, how nice for you but it is billed as a romance and that is what Im here for.
Episode 10 implied CP guard is a spy. Seems the palace is full of them. The queen is not what she seems and the uprising too I think is much more, especially with the Jo family involved. The one that was the Governor is also rotten to the core. People were likely starving and living in hell. Uprisings happen for a reason and the flashbacks were all from the Jo POV.
Cant wait to see how this plays out. But the Jo's are going down lol

CCIR had romance till they got together. The sex was implied and no kissing after that. Usually the case in these disappointing so called romances. Even the young university couple had the worst "kiss" scene.

And what romance are they having? Im yet to see any.

I tried several times to watch my mister, I couldnt get into it. Read the reviews and comments. So many people loved it. Recently tried again still no go. Watched CIL got to the end of the 2nd episode and was hooked.

I think the coloring in the scenes shows a stark reality. No fluff in this drama. Im drawn to it cant help myself and Im not a fan of melodramas. I like fluff but here I am.

Episode 105 achieved nothing really. I just freaked when granpa came and gave SJ an apple, I thought no hes gone. Hopefully not. HH is an awful liar. While planning to skip the country tells her husband he is the only man she loves.
Hopefully something actually happens in tomorrow's episode and we dont have to keep watching HK shameless bitch trying to get free stuff from a single expectant mother. How long is SJ going to keep crying and promising to turn himself in? The show could have been done.

I very warily watched this as it has a slow pace, a depressing storyline so far. Very darkly lit which makes me feel it will end sadly. But by the end of episode 2 I'm hooked. Wish I had found this once it had finished airing. Cant wait for more!

Just completed episode 103 and I couldnt help the feeling of pleasure, yes pleasure I felt when YI dumped KJ. I know its not permanent but its the least he deserved after being such a bastard. No excuse for his behaviour. He broke his promises and YI's heart. As for HM well shes just as bonkers as before- from one extreme to another. Still needs a straight jacket. Her mother needs a punch in the face. Se Jun has no back bone HH is looking for a way out. Wouldnt put it past her to make an attempt on KJ life. WS is making a run for it after trying to blame his crime on others. Why dont people have proper conversations? Its all piece mill then the truth does get lost. Oh well, waiting for the next episode.

Just finished episode 10 and all I can think is "what the fuck is this bull shittery storyline?" Can I force myself to go on? As far as I'm concerned the jig is up. She is still so weak and insipid after so many episodes. The writer's suck. No doubt about it.
Is it possible Shen Manning is the real granddaughter????

I cant believe the FL got sucked into the bs created by Zhifan. So she will "fix" everything by crushing Zhifei? All so senseless just proves how immature she is. Now she is doling out advice and prescriptions like she knows something, anything. What a moron. Zhifan needs a good punch in the head. I couldnt understand his behaviour but now think its not a crush but an obsession he doesnt want to share his brother with anyone. Bloody psychopath! Well this gave me lots of laughs in the beginning now its has become a drag.
