IRIS is action packed big budget glossy spy thriller with great locations.
The Princess Man is historical revenge/political intrigue with awesome romance

As for recommendations for a historical I would suggest The Princess' Man, I see from your list that you liked TMTETS so I think you will like TPM too.

Also other dramas on your Plan to Watch List that I really enjoyed were Time Between Dog and Wolf, Sad Love Song, Ojakgyo Brothers, The King of Dramas, Shut Up: Flower Boy Band.
