I can only really properly comment on the Korean actors (& Yamapi) as I tend to watch Kdramas....& I like all the ones you mentioned in your top 5. I did give your beloved Mike He a go with DBY but I am afraid I had to drop it I could not stand Rainie Yang. I have come to the conclusion if shes in a drama I wont watch it regardless of how hot the guy might be ....life is cruel :p

I have added the only 2 dramas I havent seen (MARS & Love keeps Going)to my PTW list. I enjoyed all of the ones you have mentioned some more than others.....I would like to mention a few more like The Princess Man, Reply 1997,Smile You & Pride but I guess it depends on your definition of romance....thanks for the article & giving me 2 new dramas to look forward to.

I agree with you both & just for the record she is awful in Five Fingers too :)

I have seen JSY in 2 dramas now & she has identical expressions throughout no matter if she is happy/sad. She also had zero chemistry with leads in both dramas. I have come to the conclusion she is a dreadful actress.

I would say yes...I started it yesterday & have already seen 10 eps ...first ep is a bit slow once you get past that its a really quick watch.

Yep I remember that hospital scene too. I really like the way they showed how close the 2 brothers were it was very touching...and yeah looking in hindsight although there was stuff I didn't like about ALTK it resonated with me more than Innocent Man.

I can now tell you about my favourite scene when he is getting beaten up by the the thugs in the rain & she comes to save him & they are about to start hitting her if she doesn't get out of the way & he covers her with his body & gets beaten up instead ....love that scene!!!

I was expecting a big bang explosion of an ending but it kind of tailed off with a whimper, a little disappointed with the ending. However SKJ showed another side to his acting abilities which was great.
