No definitely not. Sejeong has been filming nonstop for Business Proposal and Today's Webtoon (still ongoing) back to back since end of last year, so definitely not yet.

I'm guessing sometime between early to mid next year, since filming supposedly starts end of October this year.

The webtoon had him choose wealth and ended up with the second female lead (Yeonwoo). But in the drama, I think they will have him end up with Chaeyeon since she is the main lead in here. I think they will change up a couple things to make it more appealing as a drama

This is one of my most anticipated dramas of the year. The story is dark but I like the romance they've shown in the teasers so far

Maybe cos the Japanese original was a really good drama. It was wholesome and feel-good, and the story/plot was nice too. I dont see why she wouldnt accept this drama especially when the director has a good track record over the years.

Sejeong is so versatile. She looks completely different from her other characters like Shin Hari and Do Hana in these stills.

Story sounds fun and I can't wait to see this one!

I mean, they can always add a couple more webtoon artists or give more character family/background to pack a 16-episode series, but depending on how the director make the story flow, it may not be necessary. So I will be happy with 12 episodes as long as they keep the feel-good wholesome vibe from the original

The Japanese original only had 10 episodes, so this is pretty generous. Of course I would like 16 episodes and longer runtime, but shorter series are the trend right now and they cut out all the fillers so it's pretty good either way

Yeah definitely agree. The original was wholesome af and it was a lot more about people relationship and inspirational kind of drama.

The early schedule release says Fri Sat airing on 29th July. I'm guessing it will be moved around later, since the script reading was only done yesterday and the schedule will be insane to keep up with.

Lol this is a definite no. Sejeong's been doing musicals then filming for Business Proposal until March. And she's got Today's Webtoon up next. She even cut her hair recently to prepare for that role. The Uncanny Counter should be up next after that, so maybe first half next year at the earliest.
