:) Although i really like the show, ep. 1 was a little all over the place, it would have really helped if they had put X amount of years passed every time they time jumped lol I think what you said will come back and surprise a lot of viewers when it's reveled again in a future ep, even though it was shown in ep. 1 b/c it was so easy to miss!

It was just the 2 of them for 10 years, what did they talk about? She didn't tell him anything about her ppl or his father's. Nothing about having a brother that was stolen, which i can almost forgive b/c what could they do about that except be sad.... Nothing about what it meant to be mixed and how special he was, etc. Like WTF!! It kind of makes me a little angry at her...also she just abandoned those 2 little boys, that she had risked her life earlier to rescue, to go find a way to the lark...

i'm really enjoying it so far too!! I think the time jumps made it a little confusing... I would have liked if they had added a quick so many years later with all the time jumps. You eventually understood, but when she had a baby and the second was captured by Tagon, i thought the babies were the ones we saw her helping rescue but then we find out the baby is mixed...i was like huh? then adding to confusion finding out it was her baby i was like, 'What?' if i had known years had passed each time it would have been easier to follow along on the first ep. but other than that i'm really liking it. It so different from anything else!
Chief Saiga's plot regarding cancer seems.. pointless? Was it just to add more tension in the cliffhanger in episode…
This version of the Good Doctor was a little disappointing in the lack of overall character development for every character, not just the Chief's. For his though it was like they saw the American version where **spoiler lol** the chief gets cancer that seems impossible to treat and the Minato of the US version can't accept it and does research and finds a way to save him. But here, yeah pointless...it feels like they were trying to say Minato has improved and will continue to improve so he doesn't have to rely on the chief? but again underdeveloped...
don't get me wrong, i'm glad i watched it and I really liked the two main leads, and most of the story, it just seemed like it was missing a lot of little somethings to make it really good.
that's what i meant, he could be going to prison for any number of things lol we don't know which one haha speaking of going to jail for crimes you committed, i had a bit of an issue when the mob boss admitted he shot Tang Yi in front of Shoa Fai and then nothing came of that...like you are willing to arrest your boyfriend, who you love, but a known gang leader admits to attempted murder and you all just part and go your separate ways? lol
unless the translators failed to translate it, it didn't say how long Tang Yi will be away for :( they didn't even say which crime he committed he was going away for....
I was really hoping that with Taiwan being the first Asian country to pass same-sex marriage they would do a last minute shoot and add like a flash forward for the last 5 minutes of the ep and have a wedding :D maybe they will do a special ep or movie and have one. I know that would have maybe been a little cheesy, but it's a huge deal, so bring on the cheese. lol
sorry, i re-read what i wrote and i didn't mean that to come off sounding short with you!! i get everyone is caught up in there excitement / we want more, i'm just thinking of those future ppl who will be discovering this amazing show for the first time and not wanting the end to be spoiled :)
It looks like a fun show so I wanted to give it a try but without English subtitles it's a bit difficult to enjoy.
English Subs have been added on the official GMMTV YouTube channel to (randomly) eps 44, 45, 46 and 47, that all i've found that they've subbed. Although it looks like the views on the subbed eps are higher than a lot of the other episodes, so maybe they will see that and start subbing more of them :D
