in this drama they're more focus on Go Yoo and Junhee's friendship than love line it's double male lead, Go Yoo and Junhee were equally important for this story honestly for me the female lead character was kinda unnecessary, if she's not there it won't be missed and her role was to make the conflict there's 2 timeline in this drama, 2006 and 2023 it was hinted that in 2023 Go Yoo and Han So Yeon ended up together, like right before the end
allegedly his friendship with Junhee and possibly Suntak lost his basketball abilities (seems unlikely) because he was claimed as genius basketball player

from what I see it seems like Go Yoo had a hard time to accept it and hold a grudge meanwhile Junhee didn't ask her further away and i don't think dr. Go didn't know, probably it slipped as it was like 17 years ago and looking at how dr. Go was eager to helped Han So Yeon and Han So Yeon said she wanted him to understand I think dr. Go is Junhee because his response in 2006 wasn't as bad as Go Yoo

just because it's possibly bad ending for him doesn't mean the drama is not good he has great chemistry with all casts and he seems to enjoy working in this drama more over it's better for him to explore his acting abilities at this drama showed that he could do a cheerful and serious character in the same drama, unlike his previous movies/dramas that only showed either his comical side or serious side
