It's never told that it's hong joo, but there's an appearance of a girl in the second scene probably where she assists the killer by asking a woman to come to the car where th killer attacks her. I don't know the name of the child actress but I think it's the one you're looking for.

exactly! the killer should have also killed the girl. if he didn't then maybe the girl has been acting as his accomplice for not just that one time. & who's the killer? the headhunter(HSJ) doesn't seem to have any girl with him as a murder method. another serial killer...? hell i'm here for it

if this is from the soompi article, as far as i know, there were no such articles from the kor. news stating the same. it was anticipated that kkh is seunggi's younger version after the first teaser ( as he's the lead) & few fan portal sites also stated kim kang hoon to be young ba reum. but it was changed afterwards to jae hoon.
