Ying Luo ends up in a really bad situation and impresses the Empress Dowager. The Emperor doesn't want Empress Dowager to favor Ying Lou so he says he's thought about making Ying Luo his concubine. The Empress Dowager ends up giving her a high ranking. The Emperor later falls in love with Ying Luo. He's doesn't like the fact that Ying Luo can play with his feelings and tricks him. As Ying Luo is 'different' and doesn't obey by the rules. Historically Wei Ying Luo was a real person and was favoured by the Emperor till his death. She had 6 children. 4 survived and her son became the next Emperor.

I've watched every drama he has been in since his acting debut (not even intentionally) and you can see how much is acting skills improve and get better and better throughout the years. Back when he was a newbie actor I was very curious by the way he portrays his characters and his acting ability.

I think the drama just won't air or the dramas with korean actors in it will air in like the next 10 years.

yes. Her real voice is in Story of Ming Lan. The whole cast is not dubbed there.

it is indeed underated internationally. Idk how well known it is in China cause while it aired it was very successful web series on Youku it had over 600 million views in total. It aired in 13 Different Countries,

its a good drama but I think its very over hyped. My fav drama this year is Bloody Romance and Story of Yanxi Palace. Bloody Romance is very underrated.
