I really love this drama too! I normally don’t like much slice of life dramas so much, because I like more romance dramas, or triller/suspense dramas, but ROY I love it so much! I watched the first 10 episodes so many times in one week, I practically didn’t watch any other drama during that week.

But like you said most of the times the comments make such an impact on the viewers, that has happen to me before, sometimes I read the comments before watching the drama, and changed the way I see the drama.

I just realized that LeeSoo, has always confessed to WooJeon, that he likes her on his own way, "you were everything to me" "I always thinking about you, how you are" things like that, but she never accepted unless he uses the word" I like you back" or "Be my girlfriend", another girl in any other drama, when he says those things, she would hold his hand and walk with him, and after he ask why, she should answer," We are just friends, we are just holding hands and walking together".

I am sure he wouldn't complain, he didn't complained when she kissed him, but this is not that drama. WooJeon should be more like in the drama Beautiful Mind, while the ML was saying that he didn't want to see the FL, she responded, " All I can hear is: I Love you", until he finally realized the, yes indeed he loved her.

But not this is the drama where WooJeon, plays the victim, robbing on his face why you don't like me back, and call jerk that guy that doesn't say the words that she wants to hear. He is always been good to her, rejecting her is not been mean, is been realistic and honest, why he has to says" I like you back", if he is insure of his feelings, or he doesn't know how to act when he likes someone, it would be more hurtful if he would had said yes, and them brake up, but look at the way that she had treated her boyfriends, indifferent and she just leave them like an old peace of paper, how many people had she hurt, saying that she liked them when in reality, she just wants someone to help her forgive her love for someone else, that is playing with someone else feelings.

She has always expect for him to understand her feelings, has she ever understand why he is like that? Why he always express his feeling towards her like that? Why she never says "Don't tell me, that I was everything to you" or " I am always thinking about you" because it hurts me every time you says those words, it confuses your feelings for me, and I think you like me, if you don't want me to keep thinking like that, just don't says those words.

I really like the drama but the truth is the FL irritates me the most, I really like the ML and 2ML, and the second couple, why HyunJae has to take all the hit from YoungHee? He is too good for her, I understand that she doesn't wants to involve him on her family drama, but is unfair to him, she really is hurting him, I know is a drama but these characters drive me crazy, but I still like the drama.

True, if she like someone, why the other person has to reciprocate their feelings, is a mandatory thing that has to like her back? Is clearly that he likes her, and doesn’t want to acknowledge it, but that he just wants to be friends.

If she doesn’t like to be friends with him because he doesn’t like her back, why keep going back to him all these passed years, she should’ve just ignored him all this time, even when is hard. Why she has to keep rubbing in his face that he doesn’t like her back.

He is been a good friend and is a bit harsh when he talks, but is his personality, and the little friends he has, they know how he is.

She is been worse going out with many people, and playing with their feelings, while they liked her, she is just passing time with them.

True! I agree with you, most of the dramas have many things are illogical, they are still good, because they are just dramas, real life dramas tend to be heavy, for me even fantasy dramas sometimes have more logic to them, but still love so many dramas. I love DDSSLLS so far, it makes me smile and I laugh so much.

We can see how many dramas with amnesia, contract lovers, cohabitation, hate to love relationships, poor FL and rich ML prohibit love because of that, main leads met when they were young and meet many years later, ML was saved by FL before, cold ML, illogical brake ups by almost at the end of every drama, 2,3,4 males fall in love with the same girl, mostly SFL are crazy, or by the end of the drama 1 ,3,5 years later has passed, A Kiss after 10 episodes, and on C-drama probably after 20 episode and will be a peck, or accidental kisses, or woman in a relationship take a kiss or a peck like the world is ending, or someone with a grave injure and reappear like was a small injure, brothers fighting for the same girl and so much more.

But... I love them all!!!

I’m just sad that the writer abandoned the idea of good romance at this point, the first episodes the romance was nice and mature, their relationship looked realistic, now it looks like two good friends, when reality if you haven’t seen each other in many days , couples are more passionate, have more warm welcomes, more loving gestures, having a mature, solid relationship doesn’t mean, a lifeless romance.

At this point I am thinking that the ending will be an open ending or they won’t end up together and that is why the writer is driving the romance apart, in that way when it ends, most viewers are ok with the ending, but I can’t accept that! ( I’ll have to accept it any way).

If they added the romance in the drama, why don’t keep going with good romance, it helps the viewers, that like romance and slice of life dramas to have a good impression on the drama, even dramas that the main focus is not the romance, some have really good romance, that little there is, is good.

Also Park SoDam, she is a really good actress, she should have more screen time, than the family and friends of HJ.

I am not only focus on the romance,( of course I am !) I know is a record of a life of many people, and even more on the life HJ, but they made the romance a big part of it, (Plus I mostly like romantic dramas).
I just hope that HJ and JH end up together with a happy ending.

Why I’m crying on ep 12? They haven’t even broken up yet, those few minutes that they were together talking for some reason made me cried and when JH was at the bus stop on the rain, she looked so lonely, and HJ on the airplane looking at the tv screen, at a couple under an umbrella, and he had tears in his eyes. ( I have that problem, I always got in too much into the dramas that I like).

I know they were together only few minutes in the episode, and looks like the writer wants us to feel the distance between them, because, in these last few episodes, they are together but they don’t look like a couple any more, they look more like really good friends, not like in the previous episodes, they were more romantic.

I just wish that JH would have more screen time, she is the main character, and I wish that the writer could reduce the screen time for the family members and friends, they don’t do much to the drama.

Also how can HJ manager can be so insensitive in front of JH, she is one of my favorite characters, but she was insensitive towards JH, now JH will feel like she is the biggest obstacle for HJ carrier.

Since you put it in that way, I agree! You are right, that is one of his best qualities, he calls out people when is need it, and he doesn't waste his time on people that don't deserve it.

I agree with you in many ways, I love, love the drama, but now, like you said, it feels like JH and HJ are more friends than lovers, a little kiss here and there, make the relationship more realistic, it doesn't have to have passionate kisses, but some moments that show that they love and miss each other (that is what I love from Love & Redemption/That Man Oh Too/The Girl Who see Scents/My Love, Enlighten Me) all these dramas show those little things that make the relationship more beautiful.

Don't get me wrong, I really love this drama a lot, one of my favorites this year. Just the previous episodes were so beautiful, when they were walking/ listening music together/while playing piano/ dancing on the rain, all those moments, make it feel so romantic, I know not every episode has to have those beautiful romantic moments, but just little details helps to show how much in love they are.

The ex-girlfriend, should have come to the picture in early episode a least for some moments to blend more into the drama, but now, she is ruining everything( there is always someone that comes to ruin everything close to the end of the drama), all she want is to take advantage that HJ is famous now. I hope this journalist and Chang Hoon, get what they deserve.

I know HH likes JH, and in reality the heart chooses who to love, but he should put an effort, because in the end he will hurt himself and will hurt his friendship with both of them, the thing is, is his first time that someone is not paying attention to him the way he want it. HH mother drives me crazy, I really try not to watch her moments, I almost hate her more than Chang Hoo.

I also like HJ decided to see the good in this world, but also can't be too naive, because that can destroy what he is been working for all his life, and like we can see might hurt that people he loves. I know that he promised JH that he will see the best on everything but it should be without forgetting who he is against him.

I love the drama, I always looking forward for Mondays and Tuesdays just to watch this drama, I normally don't watch dramas that they haven't finished aired but I couldn't resist. I really wish that has a really good ending.

I’m sure he loves her, but he is is scare of ending up like his parents, friendship make him feel more secure, but at some point friendship won’t be enough, more if the SML comes to the picture.

Yes, correct, in real life there is a gap, but on the drama, they are acting as the same age. I really like Go Ah Ra, I'm looking forward to watch this drama!

I think is because Sook Kyung and Eun Seok the support characters, because the main characters in the drama has the same age.

Yes, I love them so much together, I laugh so much, when she went OPPAAA!!! And then HJ jealous of himself. I repeated that part so many times.

I just noticed them after I watched the drama few times. Now I am trying to pay attention to every paper that is showed in the screen. :)

I thought that I was the only one, I keep smiling the whole time, and I always watch the dramas after they finished, so I can marathon the drama, but in my case I couldn’t wait for the drama to finished, and now I’m in trouble, I don’t know what I’ll do once the sad part comes.

Also their friend Jin Woo, had a card slip of the three vaccines that he took for his girlfriend, and shows the dates on ep6, the first one was on Nov 2018, ( HJ &JH met before that) and the last one on mid Feb 2019, and that’s when HJ and JH start dating. And on ep 7 at the police station, shows that is March 2019.

I really hope that HJ and JH end up together, with a really happy ending, if not, it's going to leave a scar in my heart.

No on the first episodes, but more on the latest episodes, we can finally see that the story is more about them.

I agree! The fighting scenes were really good, the way he loves her is just beautiful.

I love Ep.8 so much! I have replay the scene on the rain so many times today, I actually rewatched all the parts where they are together in the previous episodes, so many times this week, they are beautiful together.
