I watch trash too, but I have serious issues with people who deny what they're watching is wrong. I know its just fiction, but do people really have to say shit like 'they're together/liked eachother so its not technically rape' or 'teens can be sexual too'? I've never had the desire to defend anything that way and I've watched pretty messed up stuff.
The first few episodes were difficult to pay attention to. I had to take a break before finishing, but after that I started to really appreciate their relationship when they were being upfront with their feelings and trying to seduce each other. I really notice how comfortable the actors are with one another, and I never found the flirting to be awkward.
The time skip was just frustrating at first so I skipped through most of it. I really didn't want another Lovely Writer. But after finally finishing, I liked the ending. I don't really like congratulatory and teasing scenes in romance dramas and try not to cringe when I see them. Not everyone has to be involved in a relationship between two people.
