This what I understand. Best tried to hang herself after EP 1 but she fails and ends up in the hospital ICU. It doesn't shows on any episode. "Q" has squizophrenia and in his mind he believes him and Best are friends. That's why Best always ask him to smile. It was al in his mind. Visual hallucinations. You can see it in episode 6 when he speaks to his stuffed toy like it was Best.

Suddenly I was surprised by Neko meow meow subbing So Wayree so fast. She subbed each of the 3 episodes the next day after rhe episodes air. Awww but then I saw that just another MUSE is subbing So Wayree too. This is unusual since they usually don't sub the sane dramas. As far as I know Neko always sub Moodka dramas. Kem didnt drug her was her best friend that put something on her drink and then took her to the hotel to meet Kem. She didnt look drug but drunk...I believe he didnt know she was drugged. He thought she was drunk or wasted.

I also enjoyed this drama but I did skip a lot of scenes in were Gulnazar and Shawn were not playing. He is precious and always trying to make her smile. I admit it was dragging but in the end, it teaches about the importance of friends and lover over success and money. I know the end was cliche but I still liked the happy ending they had in Japan. Overall I recommend this drama for those who give more importance to values like friendship, loyalty, and family. There are also some kissing scenes.

The ratings in the last episode reached 11.1% in Thailand. Thats why we all agreed that Mike and Moodka have better chesmitry and are more comfortable with each other. Mike won best actor in Thai update for November 2019 because of Maturot Lohgan. Congrats Mike!!
