I didn't like Murong Li in this season since he killed one of the characters I liked and indirectly killed another (Gongsun Qian and Qi Zhi Kan). I liked Zhong Kun Yi but then he killed his king so I'm unsure about him. Right now, my favourite character is Zhi Ming. He has the purest of intents and only wants to please Murong Li. Hopefully, in the second season (I'm just starting it now), Murong Li will see some serious character change and won't hurt Zhi Ming. I'm actually kind of torn. I don't know if I want Murong Li to pay for all of the death he caused, or if I want him to live to keep Zhi Ming happy.
not to mention this is literally incest lmfaooooo y'all are weird
I don't think you understand everything I said. I wasn't talking about southern America where there are many cases of incest, but the general laws and culture of all of the west. The laws of many western countries state that relationships between step siblings is not considered incest, The exceptions being the US which prohibits relationships between step siblings in some states. Anyways, I was not trying to see both sides. In fact, I have a very strong opinion on incestuous relationships. However, as I previously mentioned, frame of references won't just change. The point of my comment was to tell you that you won't be able to change what other people believe is acceptable. And as for your "incest is psychologically unhealthy and abusive" statement, I agree. No one was disagreeing with you on that. What was being brought into question was not whether incest was bad, but if relationships between step siblings counted as incest. By definition, they don't, but I explained that they can have the same effect as incest in certain circumstances. Maybe you should reread my original comment because I was mostly agreeing with you.
so is no one gonna mention the gross kidnapping + sexual assault scene ?? not surprised since y'all nut over…
I definitely agree with you on this. The relationship was extremely unhealthy and is apparently even more so in the novel. Abuse is never good and this series romanticised it.

This is a controversial topic. You both have good points and neither of you are wrong, but it really comes down to one's frame of reference. In many cultures, but not all, relationships between step siblings is considered incestual and sometimes even illegal. However, if someone grew up in a culture where it's accepted, you won't be able to change their opinion on that. Now, I'm assuming you're a Westerner so I'm going to reference Western culture from this point on. If two people became step siblings while they were in their late teens to adulthood, it's not considered incest as they did not spend much time together as siblings. If the step siblings were raised in the same house and currently live together as a family, it still isn't considered incest by definition, but is a bad idea. It's not only seen as strange, but can cause problems with the family if they one day break up.
Whether something is considered incest or "morally wrong" is opinionated. Humans created morals. Humans decided for themselves that relationships between relatives were wrong (the reason being that it caused issues with genetics). When the issue of genetics is no longer there, it's up to the individual to decide whether a relationship goes against their idea of what's healthy. You grew up to believe that step siblings shouldn't begin romantic relations with each other. That's your frame of reference and it most likely won't change. But neither will the people's who believe relationships between step siblings is acceptable.
An uncut version of Advance Bravely (15 episodes + first three episodes of season two) are being sold on USBs.…
Even if you buy a USB, the episodes won't have subtitles. Only buy one if you want the additional posters, post cards, and photo book. If you only want to buy one for the episodes, wait for someone else to upload them with subtitles instead. And if you can't understand the website, google chrome can translate web pages.
An uncut version of Advance Bravely (15 episodes + first three episodes of season two) are being sold on USBs. They only have 5000 USBs in stock and they're about $42 USD. The USBs also come with two posters, a photo book, and 20 post cards.
I just found out the story behind this. Dayu had a dream of becoming a singer and releasing an album, so Qing had Dayu pick out a song and bought the rights for it. They changed some of the lyrics together to make it more like their own story during that summer. The song was a duet called "Jin Xia," or "This Summer" and this short film was for its MV.
I'm wondering where all of this information came from. I highly doubt there will be a second season. Not because of the Chinese government, but because Qing isn't really that interested in acting. He enjoys business and only really acted in the first season to help Dayu's dream of being an actor. He refused to take the role unless Dayu was his co-star.
Isn't cool to get the message that transsexual people just want to go through transitions to satisfy others…
I agree. I thought I would like it when I first watched it because I thought it would be a nice story about a trans woman. It's obvious that the writers of the show don't understand what it means to be transgender. They make it all seem so superficial.
I think it was a sweet story but the acting was a little weak and that part of him kissing him while he was, sleeping?…
Your comment says all of my thoughts on the film. I was just about to comment about everything you mentioned. It's a good thing I read yours first or else I would have seemed redundant.
You should be able to buy the USBs from here: https://item.taobao.com/world/item.htm?ft=t&toSite=main&id=558639437660&id=558639437660
