in season 1, there was a big traffic accident, there was an old couple, they start to treat man, because he showed several symptoms, and the following time the woman died without any external symptoms. And the 1st episode of 1st season, this kind of incident has happened too. So I think that it is kinda normal during traffic accident, because of traffic accident.
But I agree with you, I don't like their response to whole the story of boy's death.

I don't talk about character's age, in the series they have similar age. But in real age of female lead is 41, male lead is 27. Male lead looks so young for Female. But HDY and MDE look good together
