I am sorry maybe u are some good watcher and you know what to watch, but can u say that its popularity is not due to cuteness, that censored gl, customes,...? u can't. everybody knows. you like it for different reasons and i respect that but i didn't offense you I just stated my opinions. I don't know much about chinese drama. only dramas I watched was nirvana in fire, joy of life, hikaru no go, three kingdoms 2010, qin dynasty epic. but literary things are everywhere.

after giving it a second chance from the beginning, still dropped at episode 10. nothing to pull me forward. and didn't see this 9.1 rating anywhere. maybe this rating just due to that they are so cute?!

aha maybe. i only watched joy of life, nirvana in fire, hikaru no go, and they were great. so I dont know much about ch. drama. but I hope "the fated general" that is yet to come wont be like this.

the first episode is good overall, but there is sth that annoys me. Idk wether its the acting or the voice, but I feel the talking voice don't come out of their mouths. like its dubbed. also i think everyone except tang san are bad actors. i will go watch the last 10 mins.

best live adaptation for a manga i have seen. its on par with the anime and in alot of times better plus the anime is old so this a great chance to watch hikaru no go. i have watched the anime and manga some years ago. I wasn't emotionally ready to watch this experience again, but here we go. and as for the ending, its good. only misses the hokuto cup part you can read it in the manga if u want.

good. but not that wow. first half is better than the second. first game was the hardest. Last game was ez. Mc not consistent. being expert in games? that didn't help. ignore pls.
