I feel like people who get triggered by whether she cheated or not should stop watching. Because so far the show has been enjoyable(at least imo) but obviously that plot is not enjoyable for some people because of infidelity questions, which is okay.
Just realized something, this was like a shorter version of Cunning Single Lady, kinda. Except that the FL of Cunning Single Lady had a way better logic to her decision to break up. Was just a better story overall.

I think Samdal initiated the first break up which was the flashback near the water. Between that scene and the text flashback scene where Samdal was crying outside the gate where Yongpil texted her about breaking up something happened that made Yong Pil decide to end it.
Essentially Samdal broke it off first, she regretted it then something happened before the crying scene that made Yong Pil not accept her back.
I think it was a mess so they blame each other for what happened.
But obviously they'll end up together and live happily ever after no matter how trash the fl was.
