As of the moment non of the characters are meant to be pitied but rather each are meant to be understood each on their own...and we don't really have enough knowledge of what went wrong with there relationship to really make a choice about who is more heartless, rather both are coming off as cold yet pitiful.....Iam loving how they all aren't perfect characters like non is black or white..both are grey.
This is just so confusing, do they love each other or hate each other ? there was one scene where he was happy…
This is about a couple that has fell out of love due to many factors we aren't really aware of..... atleast from what I have watched..there are misunderstandings between them and non of both is being clear about their feelings..for now all we know is that he is sort of tired of her and how he treats her while she is seemingly cold towards him but also still kind of cares about him....so should we call it a love hate kind of relationship
Hyun Woo is chaotic and like naturally funny....in a way that his actions don't make me cringe because it's him just being him and it's cute to watch.....
Haein's character is the kind that isnt easy to read...she is unpredictable you can't really tell what she is thinking or how she is feeling and that makes me more Intrigued about her........

I know and in addition to him already feeling maybe inferior because of their very different social status and having to hear all these people constantly belittle him and calling him shameless for what they term as sucking up to his inlaws and now I think this is something he was willing to endure...as long as he had her on his side but then she also changed drastically and now he just hates everything......and can't do it anymore.....they both still love eachother but the fact that one is seemingly hiding things from the other while they both can't community about their feelings and then the misunderstandings in the process of it all....it's alot to break them up.....can't wait for more explanations.
The different personalities and social statuses were something they could have endured as long as they have eachother but since they are drawing further from eachother even the things they could handle about eachother are starting to become an issue.....

Inha's inferiority complex is definetly going to be channelled after he realises that the father he wants to gain recognition from trusts Tae oh and his capabilities more than he does him....and Iam not so sure why the dad is so negative about him to be honest......
It seems like in this quest for power Tae oh has his own secrets and only has one mission in mind and that is to help Inha reach the top for unknown reasons but he is confident about doing so from what we have seen.
And then there is Inha who wants the same..but is still having trust issues towards Tae oh's real intentions ( and you can't really blame him because I would also be curious as to what he wants to gain by making me powerful)
Either way whatever relationship these two have whether friendship or partnership...it isn't really as stable and is still shaky for various reasons that aren't even Hyewon...it's it's 100 percent she's like the 1 percent reason that can ruin their friendship ..the rest is the secrets and the trust issues and the inferiority complex and the competition for who is better than the other and many more.
I agree with people that the business side to this is hard to understand especially since it's alot that's being fed to us at the same time....and the whole politics and whatever but iam more curious about the characters their intentions and where this entire thing is going to lead them.
My wife is my boss And my father in law is her boss And my grandfather in law is his boss...🥲🤣 It's the way they haunt him both at home and at work....
I swear they need to give me some scenes where he stands up to them.... because it's obvious they look down on him and it's even worse since he is a live in son in law...it was even more disrespectful how they were talking about his kids but still found it unnecessary for the kid to have his surname....I can understand the wife's attitude with a concrete back story and a seeing things from her pov but his in-laws are just powertripping and disrespectful towards him because they think he is helpless... because of his background.
To be honest his own family wasn't that understanding either...maybe the mom looked like he did realise he wasn't happy but his siblings were downright asking him to suck it up because they were gaining from his marriage to her and so was the dad who was worried about his public image........
I still stand by the fact that the lady who is in the phot with Suho is Yuri, she just gave it all away with how she was reacting after Soo Hyun told her about Su ho having another woman..she even kept asking questions about how Suho replied and what not like she cared for know what he thought of what they had....and then she goes and asks her to forget about it and burry it....and then immediately gets a call that could have also not been asking her to leave but she just used that as an excuse because she found the situation uncomfortable.
As for why Seon yul was looking for the photographer ( kwons son) then I think it has something to do with Kim joons campaign.. remember they have to clear away everything that can threaten his campaign and seeing the relationship between Kim Joo and the photo guys father..he migut have some how found out about the killing of a child and probably about how his dad covered it up for Kim Joo and something like that so I think Seon yul is looking for him on behalf of Kim Joo...since he might lose threat to his campaign.
Now as much as they want us to believe it's the neighbour I doubt it is....Su ho must have known that it's the neighbour who took the video that was showed to him by the Congress man....and he somehow connected things and thought that she had sent the photo....that or maybe it's true and she is also the other woman idk Iam super confused...
Either way the drama is finally taking a turn to the mystery part of it and Iam seated for the roller coaster!!!!
How was the first episode? Is this good and worth watching? Honest opinions only please.
Promising start...it was nice episode to introduce the characters and how the plot is going flow.....the characterisation and acting is good and so is the cinematography and osts....
The hong family dynamics are chaotic but interesting...I love how all the characters in the family have different personalities which is fun to watch....I guess they will either be contributing to the comedy side or the drama and at times on the frustrating side....can't wait for more of how the story unfolds....
I'm still on ep 1 but I saw a few twitters about the 4 episodes.I just had a theory in my head ( I don't know…
I also had the thought that whoever killed the child must be a powerful person and the kwon guy just took the fall for him....
As for whether the kwon guy deserved to die or not....well maybe no if it turns out that he just took the fall for some one but he really said some harsh words that forced Soo hyun to make the decision she made that day.....
It's always the one whose pov is seen that people feel for the most but in this drama I want to know more of her pov...I want to know how she feels and I know it's going to take a while to get to that point so I am highly anticipating seeing things in her view....her reasons behind her actions and everything all together...so far Kim jiwons is playing the icecold queen role pretty well.....to the point that you can tell apart the her when she was still happily in love with him and the her at the moment.
I just want to keep getting a glimpse of their happy life together because right now it's heartbreaking.....especially…
I understand for now we only seeing things from hyun woos point of view so that's why it's who I feel most for at the moment and I can't wait to see things from hers because I know her pov will be extremely painful considering she is being portrayed as the cold one.....and must have alot she is keeping to her self
Kim soohyuns crying scenes are hard to watch even when it's for comedic purposes....he just has a way of breaking my heart with scenes of him crying......
