Okay TVN has me every Monday and Tuesday if they keep releasing all my eargerly waiting for dramas.....here after marry my husband...I hope this is my new Monday pill💜

I've also only seen the female lead in thrillers( the call money heist Korea and barellina) so I can't wait for this change in roles

Her dying off to me would have been an easy escape..I needed her to keep living and desperately trying to pin her hatred on other people but also not being able to do anything about it...more of living miserably and yet helplessly

Nope it's should have been exactly 16 episodes.......they took their time and it all felt satisfying at the end

When a male lead acts cold and indifferent then he's for some reason considered cool and when a female lead acts cold and indifferent she's annoying.....that's kdrama logic

Su min was the true definition of “ MISERY LOVES COMPANY ” 🥲

Well she blames her for her mom's action of causing her dad to leave her and she also envied the fact that regardless of both of them having parents who ran away from them ji won still had loving support from her dad....she envies the fact that she gets the love she didn't....either way she just wants company for her misery

I know their story and chemistry was everything... they got a well deserved happy ending.

They gave me the kind of ending that leaves you with a sense of satisfaction and longing at the same time...it was really beautiful and a gift for that roller coaster.....of emotions

Iam glad every one got the ending they deserved and I love how they tied most of the loose ends.

Comparing ep one to 16 this has been a satisfying watch I grew attached to the characters especially ji won whose growth I rooted for all throughout the series.....I loved the emotional and realistic touch to the drama..

From the story telling to the acting to the characterisation and to the pacing.....the drama met most of my expectations and more.

Thanks to the actors and actresses for bringing their characters to life and for delivering an unforgettable performance doing justice to their roles.

First kdrama of 2024 and I have hope that it's going to be a good kdrama year.

I'll say this again character complexity and amazing acting are one of this dramas biggest strengths and weapons.

The characters are written to be flawed imperfect haunted by traumas they have weaknesses they feel regretful make mistakes while some are driven by jealousy and insecurities and are morally grey at that...some are unhinged and crazy while some are potrayed as weak and helpless all these characteristics added depth to each one of these characters and I think it also added do me getting attached to them in some sort of way.....and thanks to the actors and actresses for flawlessly bringing their characters to life it was interesting to see how these characters were so different yet so similar ( Iam not sure how do explain it) and how they were driven by emotions desires and many more.....they felt human

In addition to that is the character growth and development that doesn't feel rushed but rather a realistic progress....becoming more self aware and confident and strong but at the same time still struggling to heal from past traumas and experiences...having break downs but then healing from them again.......the writer did well with the characterisation and the depth and complexity of the characters as well as the growth and development.

Before the drama ends I need to give out some awards to the following characters 😅

#1. Our mvp Jeon Su min as The most psychopathic character of the year...( A manipulator a pretender a gaslighter a crazy person you name it) she's all in one....whole package 😂👏

#2. Trash of the year: Park Minhwan aka panties park aka greedy park aka ex husband to Ji won and Su min and then Yura's Toy...aka died a miserable death🤣👏

#3. Rich tall handsome reliable allowance of the year: Yu jihuk aka jiwons allowance aka green flag aka Kang Ji wons solid land aka Kang Ji wons self defence coach aka white truck defender aka Kang Ji wons soon to be husband 🤧💜

#4. Match maker of the year: Kang Ji won aka sumins other half aka ex wife to park Minhwan aka sumins and Minhwans biggest shipper aka now owns real estate worthy of 80 million aka Ji hyuk's entire reason of existence.💜

#5. Sun shine character of the year: Yu Heeyeon aka Kang jiwons bestie aka Ji hyuk's sister aka food lover aka happy pill of the series.💜

#6. Right hand man of the year: Mr Lee aka calm and quiet ADJUSSHI aka jooran defender.

#7. Jagiya of the year: Joo ran aka Ji wons real other half💜

Special award: Su min and Minhwan ( couple of the year....aka match made in hell aka till death do us part😂)

Sorry for the long paragraph I can't sleep waiting for the final show down tomorrow 😭😂

If anyone calls me “ other half ” again after watching Marry my husband then Iam freaking out 🥲😅 I don't wanna be no one's other half again after this show🙄😂 what if they pull a Su min on me

Okay I loved the twist....like I was a bit certain that Su min would take Ji wons fate but seeing it being Minhwan didn't feel bad either....come to think of it Sumin deserves a hell bur not the death kind.....and I can't wait to see how that happens...

Might be on an unpopular side but this has been a ride from start to nearly finish...I've felt all emotions while watching this show anger sadness frustration... happiness literally every single emotion it was definitely a good way to open up my 2024 kdrama year......

Okay this has to be the second time jooran called Ji won “ jagiya” and it wasnt translated right...I feel robbed

I hope to see award nominations for the actors and actresses mostly the actresses for their powerful potrayal of their characters....Su min and Ji won were MVPs in the drama....

Can't wait for the finale!!!

I kind of had to go to google for that because I couldn't put it in words mu self so according to them it is sylistic, tonal, or narrative element in dramas that chooses to play up outrageous storylines to keep viewers hooked despite how ridiculous the stories become (adultery, revenge, rape, birth secrets, fatal illnesses, and flirting with incest possibilities are some makjang favorites).

Well the writers decided to make things more intense as a gear up and preparation for the final but sadly some viewers could not handle it and decided to term it as the dramas down fall......

A show reaching its climax or getting conflicted or turning to a new direction as it should by the way doesn't mean it's experiencing down fall......to people this show experienced a down fall starting from episode 12 to 14 but to me those were the episode in which the plot moved forward more...we saw conflicts confrontations and even a bit of character developments and complexity.......

We are all clearly watching for different reasons some to understand, some to criticize and find faults, some to compare some to get entertained and that is absolutely okay......we all have different opinions and views.

Lastly you don't need to drag a show down just to praise another show( especially on a comment section designated for it) ....I mean if the show you praising has its merits then mention them without hiding under the faults of another......thats a bit toxic don't you think.

Anyways it's finally D-DAY for the almost final episode of a show that has had me hooked for eight weeks straight and I absolutely don't know how my Mondays are going to look after this.....🤧

Since many people seem to be mentioning what they liked about her webtoon and thinking it's lacking in the drama then I'll also give an over view of what the drama did better than the webtoon.( With clear knowledge that this isn't the webtoon adaptation)

1. Ji hyuk's character....he was given more depth and personality....and is involved more in Ji wons revenge but in the webtoon he felt lacking and his only purpose seemed to be liking Ji won.

2. How Ji Hyuk time travelled to the past....I'd rather have him in a car accident than when they made him commit suicide in the webtoon..like come on who commits suicide over a girl they only said a few words too....

3. The leads relationship natural progression...he did confess his feelings early but I live how they gave her time to get used to join rather than fasten things between them....

4. Characterisation many characters in the show have more personality and depth than what was given to them in the webtoon.

5. The story progression....in the show the progression feels more natural and realistic....and her revenge process being slow reflects the person who is taking it who needed healing...

I could mention many more things...I just feel that if we are going to compliment the webtoon did it's greatness then we can also compliment the drama for its achieve ments and with all that being said knowing it's not even the adaptation of the webtoon every one is busy comparing it too we can try and compare it to its original source instead which is the webnovel........other wise knowing it isn't the adaptation of the webtoon and still expecting it to follow the webtoon is funny

To be honest this kind of revenge is the best kind of revenge for Ji won
A revenge where you don't ruin your self in the process of hurting those who ruined you but rather you take time heal and become a better and more confident and better version of your self, A revenge where you watch those who ruined you ruin themselves without dragging you into their mess or drama...a revenge where you stay true to your self only stronger and more confident and self aware.......💜

Just saw the pre release and Iam glad I had the same thought in mind and I can't wait to see how things are wrapped up in the end.....

I actually would not be surprised if this drama turns out to be more serious than that it seems to be... because at times that's what kdramas do you think you gonna walk into a simple drama only to be messes up in the end but any way regardless Iam watching for the plot because tbh I want to know how it goes 😂😂😂
